I went to get three shakes and I pushed the button before others did yet they took the other orders first after 5 mins of waiting I pushed it again 2 mins later someone finally came on to take my order.. was not very friendly about it then I waited 15 mins for my shakes it told me the lady was on her way And that took her 5 mins to get to my car. She said how are you I said I’m alright but wondering why it took 15 mins for my shakes she didn’t apologize she just said they had 500 shakes to make!! If you're the manager reading this or the owner please do something about your workers. I mean seriously guys 2025 almost and we can't get ketchup automatically with fries, syrup with French toast sticks, marinara with mozzarella sticks, ranch with cheddar peppers. I mean good God. Who in the heck works at these restaurants! ? Can we please for the love of GOD start giving iq exams of the job prior to hiring! ??? This is common sense man. I'm sick of this it's constant. I've only been to this one twice, but this visit took a super long time. So I don't know how normal this visit was. I ordered a blended float and that was all. I sat for a long time. I almost pushed the button to ask if I had been forgotten about. When it was finally delivered, all the foam that normally is on there, had disappeared and it was already really thin.....
