The owner was very rude. A stainless steel bracelet with resin, not a stone mind you, bc it had those cute flowers in it marked 2 bucks. You know, a big 2 with 2 little zeros. I guess the lady liked it bc she is like that says 200 bucks, not 2. When I called her on the phone, she argued over the phone that yesterday she told us it was Sterlingsilver when yesterday she told us it was a vintage stainless steel with an amethyst stone. I asked my Mom to see if I had mistaken, and my mom confirmed that, yes, she did say stainless. She called my Mom liar. And anyone who knows anything about costum jewelry would tell you that even Sterling silver was not worth 200 bucks. Very rude, I'm glad I didn't have more money on me. See, my Mom had just got a diamond š white gold ring for 230 bucks and sized to fit at A and B pawn, so I was short on cash. And they are very expensive. I can go get the same thing cheaper at Hobby Lobby. And when people are that rude to people, there is this thing called word of mouth. And bc my Mom knows a lot of people that do the vintage thrift thing, bc she has been doing this for several years and she is taken seriously. I feel like as if they looked at us and just saw poor people not worthy of being in their store. Before you treat someone rude bc of how they look you might ought to know that my Dad just passed away and no, my mother does not care how she looks and i have been exhausted helping her move the last few days. If your poor or know nothing about jewelry, you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI walked into this place around 4:30 pm on a Friday. There were two people at the counter one man and one woman. Neither one of them bothered to utter any sort of greeting. Both of them just stood there quietly staring at me. For me, when I walk into your place of business and you cannot utter any type of greeting that makes me feel very unwelcomed. If you do not want me in your shop for whatever reasons, I would feel much more respected if you told me "to get out". That at least would mean that I am worthy of some kind of human communication. I looked around the whole store for approximately 45 minutes. I had found two items that I actually wanted to purchase. Trying to give that man or woman a chance to greet me as a wanted customer I walked back to the front desk area and still neither one of them made any attempt to help me. I decided to leave. As I made it to the front door, a lady holding a kitten walked in and was immediately greeted by both of them. I will not go back. My money is as green as anyone else's. So if you want my money treat me as you...
