Subway — Restaurant in Van Buren

I usually have been ordering online and my sandwich would not be right. So today I thought I would go in and order. I always get the sweet onion chicken teriyaki but they used to pre mix the sauce with the meat and now they do not. At any other location I just ask them to pre mix it and they do it no problem, at this location the lady “team leader” was rude and she stated she could not do it because ”she doesn't have time for that.” I would have understood if there was a-lot of customers but there was nobody behind me in line or in the drive thru. I just said whatever make it the usual way. There was another man and he was very nice and he packed my order up and I paid. He added some napkins to our bag (because the order was to go) and the “team leader” says “Don't give them napkins, there’s napkins in the lobby they can grab themselves.” She was very unprofessional and I will not go back to this location. However the other guy was very helpful just sorry he has to work...

This is the 2nd time I've been to this location and both times I've had horrible experiences. This first time I made a mobile order ahead of time and I still waited an hour to get my food and wasted my whole lunch break waiting on my 6 inch sandwich. I came again today just out of convenience of my location and they made my sandwich incorrectly. The other girls I made mobile orders with got their sandwiches made correctly but mine was the only one missing things. My sandwich was missing cheese, onions, and it was not toasted. I definitely will not be going to this location no matter how much of a convenience it will be. It really sucks to be so hungry and get your meal missing the most important/favorite ingredients. ...

I ordered a foot-long sandwich this evening online. I ordered it regular, not toasted as I prefer everything cold on a sandwich. I went to the drive-through, and when the girl handed me my sandwich, it felt warm. I ask the girl if it hadn’t been toasted as I had specified regular and not toasted. She then asked another girl if it had been toasted and she said no only the bacon was making it hot, I get home with my sandwich. I unwrap it and it had been toasted to the point that the bread was hard, the cheese was melted, and the vegetables were all warm and slimy. My part of the sandwich went into the trash. I understand that people make mistakes, but to lie about them when they are asked, is not...
