This was the most ridiculous trip to ANY restaurant especially Taco bell I've ever experienced. Not only is this how it usually comes from this particular store, but ALL of these items were customized for extra everything. Had to wait to get my mobile order ahead of time just to get home and realize how bad I had been done. Drove back to the store and they weren't going to let us into the lobby bc it was 1min after shutting the doors and I had to beg for the manager to come look at what I had been served. Not only did the employee's have a major attitude over a genuine complaint but they argued w me that they had done no wrong. After 15mins of not looking at the mistakes made the manager took photos of the order to remake bc it ironically didn't show up in the system? After remaking it the 1st time I checked the order to make sure it was correct. They forgot 3 different items and I had to go through drive thru for further help. They attempted to remake the mistakes and I checked to confirm it. They didn't make it like I ordered it(chicken not beef) and again had to go through the drive thru. Argued about +20mins that this wasn't even how anyone would want it or order it like it's shown on the menu. Remade it finally and did the same thing. Went back through drive through for the 5th time and was at a loss for words at this point. After placing an order ahead it took 1hr 20mins before I had the correct order and was treated as if it were my fault for their mistakes. These are only a few photos I snapped due to sheer disbelief and disappointment. Pictures don't do justice for the items I received. Never have I ever had any issues w any restaurant or fast food place especially Taco bell like this... Do yourself a favor and triple check your future orders when ordering at this location and don't let the staff members belittle you like they attempt to do... How do you mess up an order when you have the photos for reference, not once or twice, but 5x wrong??? Apparently while most of us are out here struggling to make ends meet Taco bell is out here waiting food and inventory for the fun of it... still in shock and disbelief of how ridiculous I was treated...
Read moreAs a fan of both KFC and taco bell I would like to have one in van buren closer to me that had much better service and higher quality food. The wait time is always long, even when the drive thru isn't busy, the employees always seem to not be sure what they're doing. They must have a high turnover rate because every time I go there is a new employee working the window. Also every time I go it seems they're always out of at least one thing I ordered, usually its the KFC stuff. Tonight we went and ordered 5 meals, of the 5 meals we ordered they were out of 3 of the meals (they were chicken tenders and grilled chicken breast fill ups) they were also out of biscuits, which I'm not sure how they could ever run out of such a staple item as biscuits. So after sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes we were told all we could do was wait, which took another 10 minutes. The quality of the food is normally sub oar as well. We live about 5 mins away from the store and by the time we get home when you pickup a taco the soggy bottom just falls out leaving you holding a soggy lettuce crunchy sandwich and all the meat still in the wrapper. When we get chicken (especially grilled chicken) it is always very dry and unappealing as if its been sitting out for awhile. The biscuits are always hard and stale. We have gotten into the habit of checking food at the window as it seems something is always left out or wrong. It can't be that hard and its something that a paying customer shouldn't have to deal with. I know its not kmac enterprises fault, as I have eaten at other locations in fort smith that belong to them as well and the food and service was excellent. Someone has to do something about the store in van Buren though. Its like no one is in control and perhaps a bit like the company does nothing to fix it becuase its the only location on that side of town. I know we can't be the only ones that receive such horrible service and food. No one wants to to wait 10 to 20 minutes to be told that they're out of food and if they have the food it is of sub par quality. We won't be returning to this location, I hope for van Buren sake that it improves...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I went through the drive thru and was the only one who went through it. It took 5 minutes for them to take my card and run it.. I was fine to wait until I actually look at what my food is. I asked for crunchy tacos, NO Lettuce and they put lettuce, potatoes on it and barely any beef??? I asked for a cheesy beefy burrito and there is no beef?? Terrible! All it was, was cheese and chipotle nothing else. They forgot my nacho fry as well. Literally the WORST taco bell I've ever been to and I give them a shot to redeem often. However, I will never be visiting this store again. They are always messing food up. Granted if I were to complain about it to the workers, I believe they would fix it without hesitation but I don't pay for the food to have to go back and make sure that the job was done right the first time. Even though I work right beside this taco bell I will now be going across town to get my food.
I highly recommend choosing a different taco bell location unless you want to overpay for terrible,...
