I'm sad to say that I wasn't as impressed as I'd hoped. I signed up, and placed my first order, on the same day. Firstly, it took a little over an hour, and I literally live 2 minutes from the place driveway to driveway. It was 3:00 in the afternoon, so I can't imagine they were slammed with orders. I called, and said something and got a low-energy, lackluster "sorry about that", he said it shouldn't be long, and we hung up. It did show up at just over the one hour point, and then I said something to the driver about it being an hour also. I got the same low-energy, lackluster "Sorry about that". Neither employee offered any sort conciliation or accommodation what-so-ever. Just the same low-energy, lackluster "sorry about that". They must have been related. I would have declined it, but in their place, I would have offered something. Ultimately, the pizza was dry from what I assume was at least a half hour either in transit, or sitting at their location, and the barely perceptible sauce. Not sure I'd say that they live up to their "Quality Pizza Right Away" slogan, OR their "Our Dough is the Difference" slogan. The dough was average, and like most other doughs. Hardly stand out. The bbq chicken bacon pizza and cheesy bread are AMAZING! I'm typically not a fan of cheesy bread, but they add a generous amount of garlic butter that it's so flavorful instead of just dough and cheese. The bbq chicken bacon pizza is the reason why I keep coming back. This is the only place where I'll eat bbq sauce on a pizza. Unfortunately, I do have to give 3 stars because their online system gives an inaccurate pickup time. No matter what it says 25 minutes, but twice I've been in and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. An hour to complete an order is a little absurd. Their system and/or training does need work to keep up with high demand. When watching the employees making pizzas, they definitely take their time. I'm very appreciative of them making sure to maintain quality, but they need to be able to increase speed while maintaining quality. With how amazing their food is, I will keep coming back. But unfortunately I won't be coming as frequently as I'd like due to the long waits without warning.
