As a nurse, I give customer service at one of the highest levels to some of the most vulnerable people, but when I am a customer, it’s so frustrating to be treated with such disrespect. I’m gonna have to charge you for a grande, I don’t want a grande, and you have to charge me $1.25, why would you also charge me for the extra room - what’s the difference - ;tries to explain the difference which is actually throwing away 1/2 of the whipped cold foam. Not trying to be a Karen, not trying to rip anyone off, but don’t double up-charge me on a small coffee. Read moreI went in the morning before work. Placed a. mobile order. I got in the drive thru line two minutes before my order was ready. I thought it was going to take longer getting to the speaker box because there were a few cars in front of me. I got to the box and let them know I placed a mobile order. They told me in a snarky attitude that theres a timer on my app to let me know when my order is ready. By the time I got to the window my order should have been ready a minute prior and they still told me I had to pull around front to get my order. When the lady brought my food to the car after I parked out front she also gave me an attitude and told me I need to wait until my app says my order is ready. (Joking but it's terrible for the cost) When it was ready I than received a luke warm supposed mocha and a bagel that I politely asked to be crispy(toasted) which was still cold in the center and no colour/crispness.
