Read moreI am an experienced Uber Eats & GrubHub driver and came here last night on May 15th 2022 at 10:45 to pickup a combo order. It said on the app choose drink -- Sprite and also said the same on the receipt that was attached to the bag. But the employee insisted there is no drink. I think she said something about needing to call on the phone? I had a strong feeling that the customer did order and could blame me for keeping the drink, and besides i want the customer to be happy. So I asked and he texted back, yes he ordered a Sprite. So I got a bottled one at the Subway on the way. Got to customer, he is a delivery driver too! He lives close and so he gets pings to that restaurant often and says they also don't give him the DRINK MULTIPLE TIMES. Don't cheat your customers it's not worth the money savings. Soda syrup and carbonated water costs pennies, it is not the place to be saving money. Attached is video of everything (or on 'danwat1234' Youtube channel if upload is too long for here). Stop doing...
The place was empty when I arrived at peak lunchtime, which should have been my first clue.
The gal that took my order seemed annoyed that she actually had a customer but she helped me right away.
I got the rolled tacos w/ guacamole and the two enchilada combo. Both were completely awful.
The rolled tacos were about the same as what you'd get from a grocer's freezer, except there was a disgusting attempt at guacamole slopped on them in addition to a pile of low quality, unmelted cheese.
The enchiladas were no better. While they had a fair amount of shredded beef in them, it tasted terrible. They were made worse by the mountain of wet lettuce that covered them.
The beans were good but topped with unmelted cheese; the rice was gross, too.
They had good house made hot sauces, which you're gonna want to use to hide the taste of everything.
Keep driving passed this...
Read moreThis place used to be called Muchas Gracias and it was amazing but since they changed management and the name/building it’s an absolute disappointment! I’m now Muchas Tristes. The prices on everything skyrocketed, the food quality is garbage now and the burritos aren’t even wrapped right anymore. I can’t support a company being so greedy, raising prices while skimping on quality? Shame. My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere, I suggest anyone who liked Muchas Gracias do the same because Habaneros doesn’t live up to its predecessor. If you want better quality, Don Taco is right up the street; and while their prices aren’t dirt cheap, the food quality is actually worth it unlike unwelcoming Habaneros 👎👎👎👎👎 1 star (only because I can’t give zero) and 5 thumbs down for the management that destroyed the goodness that was Muchas Gracias at...
