Let's start with the atmosphere.... Amazing clean, lot's of tables, salsa bar, with lots of choices n little appetizers. Then you walk to counter to order and there's a lady making homemade tortillas right in front of you! It smells amazing in here like you're in Mexico truly. I ordered two breakfast burritos which had chorizo hash browns cheese onions salsa on the side oh my gosh and the price was only $15 seriously it was the best price for the biggest two burritos me and my girlfriend had to cut them in half and save them for later! Talk about service everybody was smiling and happy the girl came to the table after she delivered our meal asked if we need anything else then she came on later to check again and then finally to take our dishes away I strongly recommend this place for your family the prices immensely wonderful! You won't be disappointed with the food and the location is right off Fourth plain. There's so many options on that menu. Everything was freshly made including the tortillas. Just like my mom and grandmas thank you very much for the wonderful service we will be back with some friends

Not sure what's going on at this place. I stopped for a quick order of beans and rice. I ordered from the drive thru. Although I had to wait quite a while I finally got my food snd went home to eat my food. My total was 6.04. In all honesty I didn't realize the price discrepancy until I got home and saw the food and thought, this doesn't look like 6.00 of rice and beans. I looked at the website and the sides featured in pictures look nothing like I ordered. Then I looked at the menu and the price doesn't match either. I see other reviews now that apparently in the drive though the prices are inconsistent. I shouldn't have to scrutinize what I am paying for a basic order. Nor should I have to wait 15 minutes with only one car ahead of me. I evaluate most Mexican food places by starting with the basic rice and beans. The rice was ok. The beans were overcooked. Edible, but not good. Will not be going here again.

I really enjoyed this place! I just wanted sorta fast tacos and when I first walked in, I was blown away by the atmosphere. Trendy and clean, busy and modern. I’ll eat a good taco from pretty much anywhere but I love a clean restaurant. They have a really big menu, from tacos to desserts. First I had cabeza tacos and they were so delicious! They tasted authentic and not greasy or padded with unnecessary toppings. The self serve tortilla chips and salsa bar were great, we tried all the salsas and they were all very good, ranging from mild to pretty hot. Hubby loved his burrito. Next time he got some braised beef tacos and I had carne asada sopitos. My sopes tasted like my grandma had made them, like with love and deliciousness! Another very cool perk is they sell Mexican sodas and fountain drink options included a variety of agua frescas. I was in Mexican food heaven! Oh and very clean restrooms!

Go to Don Taco Across the Street At 2610 E 4th Plain! If your craving Mexican food in this area!

I ordered a 3 taco Meal Combo at El Antojo and I really didn't appreciate that the cashier at the drive thru didn't care about my request for limes and to not give me their salsa after I had asked her to even after confirming that she had heard me, Also she wasn't going to give me the drink that came with the combo either, I had to ask her for it and she pretended like she forgot or something and I found that super unprofessional and disrespectful and just weird. It just made me think she didn't care not only about her job but about the customer.

also they charge a 75cent to go fee lol

We went across the street for more food at Don Taco, and They were way friendlier and more genuine also their portions are huge and I mean HUGE! So you get way more for your hard earned money! and their food is super delicious and fresh! Their salsa's are also authentic and not watered down compared to At Antojos. I also really liked that their was this lady making fresh tortillas near the counter and their was this lady cleaning the floors when I was leaving and she was super caring about me being pregnant even offering me to hold her arm so that I didn't slip and fall and I really appreciated that! Needless to say I'll definitely be returning to Don's whenever I get my cravings for Mexican Food from...

This place was once great with decent prices big portions and lots of people dining. Went there today and ordered 4 breakfast burritos to go x2 meat and x2 vegetarian. How a vegetarian breakfast burrito w/ no meat costs nearly $4 dollars more than the advertised breakfast burrito on the window is beyond me.

Whatever. I'm the only one there and I wait for 10 minutes. No big deal. Shoot I've spent twice that long at the drive through window here before waiting for x2 burritos. Then the burritos come out. OK the x2 meat burritos are about the size of a dollar bill and that's being very generous here. I mean if the wind would have blown as I was walking out the front door the bag with the meat burritos would have flown away. No joke. The veggie burritos are normal burrito size but for $16+ tax I would hope so. Think about that for a moment. No meat double the cost? So I get out the door w 4 burritos for $24+tax and 2 of the burrito's wouldn't even satisfy a 5 year old child's appetite.

I'm not one to review places but I won't be returning to this place again. So if you like overpriced and tiny portions this is the perfect...

Moved to Vancouver recently and want to try the new local spots. My husband used to go here when he was in college and remembered it well. We gave it a try again and it’s now a Weird point between fast food vibe, but sit down prices.

You drive through, and order 3 taco plate. You never know w tacos. They could be small, could be the 5-6” ones full of toppings. Unfortunately this was the former. 3 itty bitty tacos (3-4” across) and a 1/2 cup of rice and beans is 15$ 🥴. You can get four tacos w more meat and a side of beans across the street at taco time for 10$. It doesn’t taste substantially better to justify the price even with a smaller portion. The rice and beans didn’t have much flavor. The tacos only had meat and a little pico. Just plain overpriced.

The restaurant industry has the unfortunate process that people don’t really give places multiple chances, at least in this economy lol. Even if you make decent money, if you’re spending 30$ on a meal you’d expect more food or a fun experience. You could get the same vibe at a sit down Mexican American place and at least get free chips and salsa and...
