Review for Thai Little Home Vancouver, Washington: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Thai Little Home in Vancouver, Washington, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant had a cozy and charming ambiance that instantly made me feel comfortable. Now, let's talk about the food. Thai Little Home truly exceeded my expectations when it came to their cuisine. The crying tiger, a popular Thai dish, was outstanding. The succulent and perfectly grilled beef combined with the flavorful dipping sauce created a mouthwatering explosion of taste. It was undoubtedly one of the best crying tiger dishes I've ever had. Another standout dish at Thai Little Home was their chicken wings. These wings were incredibly crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy on the inside. The seasoning was absolutely delicious, striking the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors. It was impossible to resist reaching for another wing. What impressed me just as much as the food was the friendly and attentive staff. The service at Thai Little Home was top-notch. The waitstaff was knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and made sure that every detail of our dining experience was taken care of. Their warm and welcoming nature added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. In conclusion, Thai Little Home in Vancouver, Washington, is a hidden gem for Thai cuisine. Their crying tiger and chicken wings are outstanding, leaving you craving for more. The atmosphere is cozy, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff is friendly, providing excellent service that enhances the overall dining experience. If you're in the area and craving delicious Thai food, Thai Little Home is definitely worth a visit.

Ok… I wanted a BLT, but Plainsman was closed… so was Duck Tales, in fact looking for food after 3:00 on a Monday is like looking for palm trees at the North Pole (although that might change). So there I was sitting in my big ugly truck unwilling to mortgage my house for enough gas to go any real distance, and I thought, what heck! and went to Thai little House on 4th Plain, which I thought was a take off on Little House on the Prairie, but turned out to be a very charming little Thai place right under my considerable nose. I got the Tom Yum Noodle and it had the perfect bite. Plenty of noodles, probably more than any place I’ve been so far. Perfect, not tangled, good amount of meat, perfect jumbo shrimp, well seasoned and tender. And then there was the server who was friendly and engaging, one of the best! She checked on me several times and offered to keep my iced tea full, which I must say is unusual at most Asian restaurants. I don’t understand it! Why is Vanvouver massively blessed with so many absolutely excellent Thai and Vietnamese restaurants and so many mediocre Chinese restaurants? And they are open on Monday! I didn’t really need a BLT anyway. It must have been fate!

Today I had lunch at Thai Little Home, it was my first visit. Thanks to all who’ve recommended and reviewed this place, you nailed it! This place is fantastic and I plan to make many more visits. I had a friend from Chang Mai Thailand who is a fantastic cook, so l wanted to try a dish from northern Thailand where she is from, so l ordered: Kao Soi Northern Thai Style Curry Noodle Northern Thai-style curry with egg noodles, choice of meat topped with crispy egg noodles, chopped green and red onions, cilantro and a lime wedge. (I chose chicken for the meat choice). I ordered level 4 heat and might try level 5 next time. It was stunningly delicious! Very complex seasoning, a touch of sweetness, a warmth from the curry and the heat from the little cup of hot oil sauce (I used all of it). Easily the best Thai food l’ve tasted. I was so engrossed eating this delicious meal that I forgot to take a pic and used one from Google maps on someone else’s review. My apologies to that person.

Thai Little Home is outstanding on so many levels.

Longevity isn't always synonymous with excellence; we've all seen places that have been open for years, and found ourselves wondering, "how on Earth is THAT place still going?". Maybe the service is subpar, or the food is equally dreadful. Or, maybe it's a place that has popularity in a prime location, though everything else is, on a good day, merely adequate and nothing more. In Thai Little Home's case, the fact it has been established for so many years (at least 20+) IS indicative of everything that's right with this place. The service has always been great, from the efficiency of being seated, to having orders taken and subsequently receiving food. In the 20+ years I've been a patron to this place, I cannot recall a time where I've ever been unhappy with the service; there may have been a few times, certainly less than a handful, where there was an error, but hey....errors happen. Such errors have never been frequent, however, and were obviously small---- enough so that to this day, I can't actually remember what the issues were. The staff are friendly and efficient; the place itself is cozy, and tucked away on Fourth Plain, which sometimes gives this place 'hidden gem' status. In pre-covid times, one could walk into Thai Little Home and immediately feel comfortable; in these times, anyone can still (and should) get take out and delivery, and I believe there's some indoor dining options, but the atmosphere has changed for every establishment; it's not at all on Thai Little Home for the change in that atmosphere, obviously. Still, I write this with the fondest of memories, of knowing that this place has never operated with any level of pretentiousness that many establishments often do. It is cozy, welcoming and above all else, boasts some of the best Thai food here in the metro area.

I wanted to highlight some specific dishes, but I've had nearly all of them, and at the risk of sounding simple, they are all sublime. From the salad rolls to the pineapple fried rice and the tantalizing array of house specials (try the salmon panang curry), you will not be disappointed. (Obviously, the noodle dishes are incredible, but I felt it went without saying.) FYI: if you ask for spicy thinking it's going to be mild, be advised that they make a true spicy dish, but that's just another great thing about Thai Little Home.

As we navigate the world of covid, it's understandable to feel uneasy about dining in. If you are in that camp, support this business by either ordering take out, or pick up. (When you order pick up, your tips go straight to the workers of this business, and there's better deals than a third party app.) Regardless, if you're looking for local and looking for excellence, then look no further than Thai...

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I'm so serious. I read all the great reviews about their restaurant and I was very happy to find a place near me that delivered Thai food. I was a regular of theirs until Saturday night, when I ordered 1 red curry, 1 green curry, 2 pot stickers and a large box of white rice. After the delivery guy arrived and we checked out our order I noticed that the box of rice was a small instead of a large...No big deal. I called and spoke to Molly (the girl who always takes your order when you first call in), and politely let her know that they accidentally delivered a small box of rice instead of the large that we ordered.

Molly was extremely rude and insisted that she placed a large box of rice in the box and told us that we were wrong. Now mind you, my boyfriend and I are looking at the small box of rice as she's arguing with us and trying to let her know that no, there's a mistake, this is not the right size for what we ordered. While we were trying to get the issue resolved, Molly is arguing back and forth with us and telling us that we were WRONG and then she curtly HUNG UP ON US in the middle of us talking with her. We were not rude. We were not disrespectful. We were simply just asking for her to resolve and correct a mistake that was made and to provide us what we paid for. I drove to Thai Little Home to physically show them that they made a mistake and to get a large box of rice and/or our money back. Molly was extremely disrespectful, confrontational and just extremely nasty towards my boyfriend and I, whom have been regular customers of hers for a while now. Instead of looking to resolve a simple mistake made on her part, she escalated the situation by making snide comments, laughing and refusing to admit she was wrong. Molly made it much worse than it should have ever been. It was extremely unwarranted, bizarre, and disrespectful.

Only after we threatened to call the cops on her did others around her step up and provide us a refund and a offer to redo the order. While all of this is going on, Molly is still laughing and being rude towards us. My boyfriend and I were so disgusted and shocked by the level of treatment and condescension that we wrongfully received with no rhyme or reason, that we just left. I have no idea where that came from or why that happened but needless to say, we will never eat here again. This place is NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WE RECEIVED. ALSO THE WAIT FOR DELIVERY IS ALWAYS 1-2 HRS. It was extremely uncalled for. Please save your time and money and deliver from someplace else.

(Side note: I'm not sure if Molly was even her real name, but it is the young girl at the front that usually takes the food orders when you...
