To the owner who responded to my concerns as a customer using Latte Da's internet.----I appreciate your response and suggestion in using my phone as a hotspot. I have done this occasionally where necessary , like in some underdeveloped foreign countries. However , I don't think I should have to do this in Vancouver Washington and I've never had to hotspot my phone in other coffee establishments such as Relevant, Compass , Great North , Starbucks River Maiden just to name a few on your side of town. Again, the difficult internet is definitely a known issue for you and I totally realize you have the right ( or not 😒) to make an inexpensive and workable upgrade to improve your customer's experiences. Again, thank you for your response . UPDATE May 2022--I recently tried Latte Da again . I was pleasantly surprised by one aspect and disappointed by another feature . First the good--I had an excellent BLTA sandwich ( actually one of the best ever!!!) prepared by Rengain??? Perfectly prepared sandwich with lots of lettuce and tomato ---killer---see the pics! Now the not so good!--The WIFI---simply it sucks---no it STILL sucks. The owner knows and has known the WIFI is poor and still has not replaced or updated the system. Such an easy and relatively inexpensive fix. and yet nothing has been done !!!! This has been the situation for the past 5 years at least .Very disappointingly frustrating for anyone trying to conduct a business meeting or luncheon. There are so many better choices in Vancouver with a functioning WIFI. Final take---I wish I could recommend Latte Da because the ambiance is good, the sandwich was amazing , parking is ok and service is great but................that non functioning WIFI issue is a deal beaker in 2022.

Wow on ambiance both inside and outside. Inside has vibe of more of the older house cafes you’d find in Portland. Love it! Outside feels like a garden patio. Great summertime dog friendly patio. They have a walk up window outside so you don’t have to worry about what to do with your pup while you order! Now for the quality of drinks and snacks, 5 stars across the board. My husband ordered the salted caramel mocha and he said it was scrumptious. It was served in a large ceramic mug, and I ordered a honey chai. That was absolutely delicious. We also ordered two snacks. The gluten-free peanut butter bar would never have guessed it was gluten-free because it was just soooo good. The salted caramel treat was also delectable. The only reason it’s four star is because the customer service was more like a two star experience. I would say being generous because everything else was completely on point otherwise this would be the most perfect cafĂ© in Vancouver. For some reason the server was just generally grouchy, and a few of us tried to make her smile, but she was just determined to be unhappy apparently. She was working by herself and maybe was feeling a bit, overwhelmed at the end of a long day. We can’t wait to come back.

Was searching for a quiet coffee house to read my book in peace, and Latte Da Coffee House did not disappoint! Loved the atmosphere, several rooms to choose from, and great coffee. I'm going to return much more often now that I know it exists. Five stars all day, every day! Update! Now, my third time back to relax and read my book. The service is outstanding 👏 They remembered my name both times returning, which is such a refreshing surprise, especially these days. I just ate their breakfast sandwich (everything bagel), so delicious! Also, the last couple of times coming in, I've ordered their London Fog, so pleasantly warm and mellowly sweet. I'm in love with this place! Forever five stars!

I will start by saying that I was at Latte Da on Saturday October 22, 2022 with a group of ladies, I got their just before 11 AM waited to sit till most had come. We went into a room that was empty we did move the tables all together so as a group we could have a conversation that all could hear. We we're enjoying ourselves and having a good visit just before 12 we were informed that we would have to leave the room because the had another group coming for that room. We had no idea you had to make a reservation to go their. And beings they were having another group we left the tables set up for a group. Just about 12:00 we moved to another room that was empty. We saw a board that had reservation for that room it had dates on it none for that day, Annette went up to make sure that was ok. At that point Annette came back and she was told we could stay until 12:30 and if we stayed after that we would all have to by another drink or food. For me, I am a senior on a very fixed income, I spent a lot for a small drink and made sure to tip. That was the first time I had been out with the girls and was rather embarrassed that if they decided to stay I would have to ask for help with another drink. I rode with one of them and couldn't just leave. Thank God I did not have to. I would not go back their again. I don't know how a place for people to go and enjoy themselves and have a cup of coffee could make them feel so embarrassed, unhappy and upset about. They staff had no smiles, no good morning, or a happy how are you today. Dutch brothers Knows how to welcome people with smiles. I think I would rather sit outside in my car by myself with my Dutch Brothers coffee. my large drink would have been cheaper than their small one I received. Please show your staff how to treat the people who come in your business with the respect...

I can't stand the attitude the employees have here. The only nice person I've encountered is the guy with the pony tail, and he's absolutely fantastic and knows when to pull shots and how to be nice. Unfortunately, everyone else makes dirty chais somehow always taste burnt even though they consist mostly of milk and tea and give an attitude any time you ask a question. I was told once when my drink was incorrect that I ordered wrong, even though I have never ordered what she gave me in my life. It's also not the kind of customer service you give someone. Today I decided to give it another try, thinking maybe they had bad days, it's been like 6 months and it's such a short walk, I couldn't help it. NEVER AGAIN. I ordered a loose leaf tea and just mentioned how $3 was a lot for loose leaf tea. Yes I understand it's organic, but I have purchased loose leaf tea before and it has never been that much. Her response was "I don't know, I just work here, I don't do the math". My response was simply "wow, way to be an advocate for the business you work for". As a small business owner, do you really want that kind of person working for you? I guarantee you'll lose many customers with little brats like that serving your customers. I won't be back. I WANT to support my community coffee shop, but I'd rather go down the street and drink Starbucks' burnt coffee because at least they'll be kind. OH and on top of it, they're entitled to your change. I purchased an apple for my infant daughter and gave her $1.25 when it was $1.09 and received no change. Get your...
