Subway is doing all it can to stay in business today. Went in twice this week. First time it took 15 minutes for them to start my sandwich and ring me up cause they stopped mid making mine to start online orders. I ordered the ultimate Bmt that has extra cheese I got one row when I asked they tried to tell me the board was wrong it’s online to but whatever. I asked for olive she takes the tinyiest pinch and spreads them on I asked for me she put a COUPLE litterally more on. Whatever I had to go they wasted my entire lunch. Today I ordered again through the app this time ordered the same sandwich asked for more olives. I arrive at the store to pick up my sandwich and the lady, I think she is the manager, there is training a new kid and she says to him you need to count them As he is spreading olives on this sandwich. You guys are seriously COUNTING THE OLIVE SLICES YOU PUT ON A SANDWICH? Peaked my attention a little bit because I asked for extra olives on my sandwich. Get to my office opened my sandwich up and guess what 10 olives slices on a foot long… and again a single layer of cheese.. for the price I am paying and I could have asked for all the veggies but I asked for 4 you don’t need to skimp on the olives. Read moreI went there with my husband today and the food was good. I would've gave it 4 stars had it not been for whom I assume is the manager (she was an older brunette woman and I'm beating myself up for not looking at her nametag). There were 3 staff members and 2 were obviously new. The younger woman (one of the newer people) who started my wrap asked the older one verification on the scoop amounts for steak. The manager responded to her in what I could only describe as snarky and mean. It was uncomfortable to be in that situation. We got to the cashier to pay and a man rang us up. The older woman cut my wrap and made a comment to the man about how "this" is how it's supposed to look. Instead of sounding nice about it, it came out as cold. They argued a bit and from the tone of the arguement it sounded like maybe he made a mistake about placement of the steak on a prior wrap. I get trying to teach somebody a lesson but don't be so rude and do it in front of the customers. It's just a humiliation tactic and it's not a positive way to teach. I feel horrible for whoever has to put up with this and I wish, I wish, I wish I would have said something. Read moreI was gonna come in at 11:35pm on Sunday April 28 2024 and purchase a snawhich and sit eat and wait for my Uber I'm a regular the being that I work across the street must be a new guy hair in a pony tail kinda tall but I asked to use the restroom before I ordered he said we don't have restrooms for non customers I get it being that I don't dress as nice or the way I look but that should not even matter being there is a law no discrimination the fact that you assumed I had no money or I was not going to purchase anything really apauled me made me angry I've been coming there quite often mainly I see candy and a few others that have no problem letting customers use the restroom not only will I not go there anymore I highly discourage anyone to give a buisness money that discriminate against thier customers without letting them order or know anything about them respect for the individual goes along way with me just the fact that I was discriminated against makes me so angry will possibly take legal action I don't know yet just so flabbergasted that discrimination still exists..... if I could rate it lower then a one star I would I highly recommend giving ur hard earned money to businesses that make you feel valued...
