This, is not the people who work in the restaurants fault. This is a corporate issue, ever since you switched from Food Services of America, to USFoods, I have noticed a stark difference in the quality of the vegetables. FSA owns and operates all of its producing facilities that provide the products for its customers, so they have an extensive quality control program.
Anyways, the peppercini's have stems in them, and the hard top part of the pepper..thats not a pleasant bite to say the least. On top of that none of the lettuce looks bright and vibrant, its all dark soggy and wilted looking..which I get it its shredded lettuce and its hard to keep fresh but still.

I went in and told the young lady I had not been in a long time and things have changed. (Yeah, she didn't care and just wanted my order). I ordered the steak sandwich and she starts putting uncooked meat on my sandwich. I asked if they didn't heat the meat up anymore. She curtly says, "I asked if you wanted it toasted!" I wanted the meat hot but not my bread. She made a big production about getting a container and putting the meat in it. I apologized for the obvious inconvenience and left. Read moreI had an uncomfortable experience at this location just now. There was a lady in front of me who clearly didn’t speak any English. When the worker who was an older woman, asked her what she wanted to order, the lady tried to show her her phone with what she wanted on it typed in English. The worker immediately said “oh I can’t read that I can’t even read my own phone someone else will have to do this for you,” then she stomped away. I can understand this, but the way she said it was so disrespectful and snappy that it made me so mad.
