Burgerville — Restaurant in Vancouver

Never will be coming back to this location. First off the food was not as good as usual, fries soggy definitely not fresh, and my burgers were super sloppy, cheese not centered, burger hanging out. They also gave me a diet soda instead of a regular coke. I tried to use a coupon on the app and still got charged the $3.90 for a soda! I asked the manager David at the second window why it was like this. He said he would resolve this. Initially gave me the refund and then had to scan the app again and “charge me again”. By the time we try to use the coupon again he realizes it doesn’t correspond with the size I got. I already had my drink and he asked me if I wanted to switch to the 22oz I should’ve said yes and just got another soda. At this point I felt like he was just being rude and didn’t care about my customer service experience. So in total I had to charge my card once initially another time to refund and then another time to pay again for this overpriced soda. Then come to find out it’s diet and not what I ordered. I would not recommend going to this location due to poor management. They held up the line forever just trying to figure out a simple coupon issue. When they scan the app they should know whether or not it applies to what I got. Not take me in circles for 5 minutes for no reason and be rude. Crazy how a manager would treat someone just trying to use a coupon. After looking at other reviews I can see I’m not the only one that has had issues with...

I had such an amazing experience visiting the Burgerville location on Forth Plane tonight. Even though it was later in the evening, the food and service were top-notch.

I ordered a cheeseburger and fries which were absolutely delicious - the burger patty was cooked to perfection and the bun was fresh and toasted just right. The fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. You can really taste the high quality of the ingredients.

Not only was the food incredible, but the employees gave exceptional service. They were extremely friendly and attentive despite it being a busy time.

I'm always impressed by Burgerville's commitment to local ingredients and supporting the Pacific Northwest. It's so nice to have a small, regional chain that prides itself on fresh, sustainable food. Even though they've grown over the years, they've maintained that hometown feel.

I am constantly blown away by Burgerville's consistency in food quality and service no matter what location I visit or time of day. It's clear they really care about the customer experience. I will definitely be back again soon and am so glad to have Burgerville as a regular dining option. They definitely live up to the high standard I've come to expect...

The chicken sandwich was not anything to call home about. I ordered thru the drive thru and wasn't treated very well. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 shakes And the employees acted like we had ordered everything off the menu!! I asked the girl if there was Mayo on the chicken sandwich and she told me "no", long story short; there was most definitely Mayo on my sandwich and I didn't notice till I got home because I trusted their drive thru employees when I shouldn't have. Not only was there Mayo but there was an extreme abundance of it on my sandwich that I asked for "no mayo" on.... I feel like the employees did it vindictively because of the way they were treating us. It REALLY upset me. I was gonna take a pic but I didn't 😢. They also had us pull up to the side for 5 min.... I'm assuming it's because they had to put the chicken down, maybe that's the reason they were so upset at me. Working at a fast food restaurant is NOT hard and making food isn't hard either, I don't know why they got so irritable. Maybe they should work a day on the railroad or in a lumber Mill so that they can have a better appreciation...
