My Husband and I are on our way back from our honeymoon/family Reunion and decided to stop for some coffee after having a not so great experience with a different shop down the road. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly and struck up conversation with the owner. When I asked what flavors she had, she said that she had tons flavors, and that she did! She made an iced Raspberry Cheesecake Chai (which was the first time she had made it) and it was WONDERFUL! I mentioned I worked at a coffee shop and she said she would have to stop by! The Coffee Bean Esspresso Shed is a great coffee shop. Best small business in Vandalia. In addition to her regular menu, the owner/operator creates monthly specials; everything I have tried is fantastic. Biscuits and Gravy, breakfast Quiche, baked goods, caffinated lotus teas, house crafted syrups and flavors, and she is technical about the esspresso drinks in keeping with Italian tradition of the coffee trade.
