Typically love the bourbon boneless wings. Tried to call an order in Friday evening, line answered (I could hear how busy they were) genial asked if I could “hold” just a minute, I politely agreed. 18 minutes of “holding” listening to staff upset over all kinds of things and enough F words to sail the seas, I decided to hang up. I knew that was a terrible idea because the phone had clearly been forgotten so it would not be hung up to clear the line. I continued trying to call for another 45 minutes or so and the line remained “busy”. I ventured to their website and decided I would try an online order (I prefer to not utilize this method personal payment preference) after about 10 minutes I was successful in getting the order placed. It then took another 18 minutes for my order to be confined. Once confirmed it was ready ahead of anticipated time (the only “win” of the evening) unfortunately the food quality was just very poorly executed. Fried Pickles - soggy, in big clumps, and more pea size lumps of breading than pickles. Bourbon boneless wings - dry, half naked when it came to sauce, overcooked. Garlic Fries - soggy, undercooked, and wayyyyy too much Parmesan (they were literally gritty). Garlic Parm boneless wings - overcooked, and odly over dressed (gritty like the fries from the parm). I can understand busy and that’s great for the business. This was just a really poor customer experience and the food was just far below average expectations based on past...

Emilee is FABULOUS as she constantly is!! We loved our meal and it is a nice place to relax!! They have a great sauces to really make your meal over the top. Also Tuesday is fries basket day!!! Make sure to upgrade them to garlic Parm!!

Jess was wonderful during our dinner. She made sure everything was great. Our food was wonderful and we hope to enjoy a concert this summer. We're so glad the menu kept us up to date for those fun festivities!!!

We had a wonderful lunch today. The Chicken Wrap was awesome. And you can never go wrong with the Bleu Burger. We had Garlic Parmesan added to our fries since it was "basket day"! Emilee makes our day every time!!! They are just getting ready to update the chalkboard listing of drinks.

We stopped by for a quick bite and Emilee took care of us. Consistently AWESOME!! Tuesday is basket day!!!! Make sure to make the fries "garlic parmesan". Don't forget the wonderful homemade dips!

I stopped here on a whim after an appointment and I will say I was NOT disappointed! It was late afternoon when I arrived and the dinner crowd was just starting to arrive. After seeing the various historical signs downtown, walking in here felt like stepping back in time: the rich wooden plank floor with well worn paths, the warm wood walls, the unique local and historical decor throughout AND the building seems to be built on a hill because the building has a slight angle to it! At first I thought my chair was a little off balance, but I realized it was not my chair after all, but the floor. I don't know if the building is old, but it sure has an old, inviting and welcoming ambiance! My server greeted me immediately and took my order quickly. I had a burger-don't get me wrong it was good, but hands-down the pretzel bites with Monterey Jack cheese sauce stole the show! The cheese sauce was melty goodness and the pretzels were a perfect combination of crispy on the outside while still being soft on the inside. This stop was a winning combination of great food, great service and great atmosphere...I will definitely be back at some point to try something else off the menu...along with...
