I wish that I could have given this Place a negative number in rating as the cashier named "Bell" if that's her real name gave the worst customer service and was the rudest she could be. I have came here on plenty of occasions and spent plenty of money during football season and have never had any negative experience until now. My fiance was recovering from surgery and she was craving a pizza from this place. We came here to dine in and were helped by this disgruntled human being who seemed as if she had a bad upbringing and was not taught any manners. She acted rude to us because we switched our order and I decided not to order a regular drink but decided instead to UPGRADE to a pitcher of beer. When she brought out food she forgot the silverware, she never came back with it. I hope that you read this KURT who is the owner of this place so that maybe you can retrain your staff that we as the patrons make their paycheck and need us for small businesses to thrive instead of us customers feeling like we need to take the order and practically go to YOUR kitchen and cook the damn food ourselves too. We asked for her name and thank her for the horrible service given to US and she replied like a snott...."you're welcome" and gave us a demeaning look. I will never bring you guys business ever again as long I live in Ventura. I hope that you can make this right KURT as this is your business and this incident reflects on you and your business in a very negative way. I will call you during the week to follow up and will repost your response to me as soon as I receive feedback. Thank you. I failed to mention that a gentleman named Jose did provide good service to us as we were leaving and even apologized for what we had went through. Three months later and got to speak to KURT this morning. He apologized for his staff and said that "it was weird that we experienced that service from her as he constantly gets praises about how good her service is"... I asked him if he was going to make it right and he...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've had their pizza in the past and it was always very good! However, the last few times I ordered it (2 different kinds), they left a lot to be desired. Last night for instance... I ordered an XLG, 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 bbq chicken. The 1/2 with bbq chicken was such a disappointment. There literally wasn't 1 T of chicken on the entire 1/2. That's pretty bad! Also, most of the onions still had the paper on back of the slices, not to mention, the quantity of sauce used, was lacking severely. I can't believe they would charge $36.00 for that. BTW, if you do order a BBQ chicken, make sure you ask specifically for the toppings because if you don't, it will come without any (onions and cilantro). Don't ask me why... that's what a BBQ Chicken consists of, but they will tell you a lot of people don't like those things so you have to ask for them. Sadly, they don't tell you that ahead of time... you have to find out for yourself AFTER ordering one that comes with next to nothing. Really poor... I'm done. It was always a toss up, but Toppers has now become my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is where you order if you just want a good pizza. I donāt personally dine in too often, but one time I ate here while they had a pretty fun comedy show, and it was a nice atmosphere. Smaller building on the inside for sure. Itās not a contender for biggest pizza place in town, but I think thatās a good thing. Itās a chill place, and even though I donāt stop and chat too much with the folks behind the counter, I still get that feeling that they care about getting my order right and doing a good job.
I usually get a sausage/mushroom/pepperoni pizza to share with one other person, and depending on the day of the week theyāll have a pretty good deal going on. I donāt know them all off the top of my head, but I remember it seemed like they had something for everybody.
It might just be my opinion, but I like this place, and I like that it doesnāt feel like itās doing too much. It just has a ārealā vibe to it that I...
