Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Vernon

Horrible service! They weren’t ready for our order working on an other order but still asked then got confused and almost gave us the wrong subs until we corrected them. Then for the toppings the lady seemed like she was having a bad day speaking to us with attitude. Would ask if we wanted our subs mikes way and when my father and brother said no she rolled her eyes as if she was going to do more work. I ordered my sub mikes way but wanted to add jalepenos and mayonnaise to it but she seemed in a rush and already mad I decided to just accept the sub however she made it. This horrible service makes me beyond grateful for the jersey mikes in Pasadena they train there staff to be very respectful and have amazing customer service. Walked in at 2pm and with 6 workers standing behind the counter. I was the only one in line and waited 60 seconds for someone to greet us when one person looked like he was going to take our order, he answered the phone instead. Now I've been here for two minutes standing in line waiting for one of the 6 people to acknowledge me standing there. Nobody said anything. I'm the only person in line! So I turn away and walk out. The only thing that was said to me the whole 3 minutes I was in line waiting was, "bye and thank you!" as I walked out the door hearing laughter from the employees. What is the problem with these employees you have? They're lazy and rude...

I had updated my review a while back because I had problems with the manager there. I was surprised to see that review removed and a good one I had written before he started working there in its place. I don't remember the mangers name anymore but if you show up and see a cat who is disrespectful...then you'll know who I am talking about. Everyone else there was cool. The district guy is too because him and I have talked. I stuck to my word and never went back because I won't support places that treat people badly.
