I really hate to rate low a small business because I am a small business owner. I was in the area to meet a client, I was so happy to find this place in this industrial area. I love the big parking, love the setting of the place and how clean it was. BUT the lack of service and argumentative cashier ruined what could had been a great experience. I was very specific and simple. All I asked was for a breakfast burrito with bacon and egg only, cut in half. I went to the bathroom and my food was ready. I was ready to eat my burrito and noticed that had American cheese and that the bacon looked that is was rolled up wirh the egg, with the egg looked like is was an egg tortilla or the same shape as when you make an omelet. I asked the gentleman that was on the register and he apologized and said ok. I also mentioned the egg and he insisted that was scramble egg and I said no. This is like an omelet egg, he insisted and said, no, this is scrambled. I waited to get the burrito without cheese. I asked again why my egg was like a tortilla, he insisted that this was scramble egg. And he kept arguing that this was a scramble egg. So I asked him, if I ask for a scramble eggs and bacon breakfast, would I get my egg like this? He said, no. You would get the scramble one. I said, ok, thank you. That's the egg, I was expecting, scramble egg. He said, I can fix it. I said I already gave you that chance. But instead argued that this was scramble egg. This place was a great potential in this area because there's no competition here but the attitude need to change. It was a very simple order. Egg and bacon burrito. Management needs to read the reviews of their clients and pay attention because this place is in a great location but you will chase your clients away like this. If I am in the area, I will give it another try because they plates looked good but maybe a different style of cooking. Mayne posting pictures of their...
Read moreSo I ordered some of their pupusas(big mistake) . They where not cooked on outer area and it was raw dough , I called spoke to a guy(he seemed upset that I told him they where under cooked) and he told me to bring them back. I told him I would do so next day since I was on way home already(approx 60mil trip) and agreed. I called the next day prior to arriving and we exchanged foods. The new pupusas where burt (extremely) . I understand getting upset but dang. And I'm the customer , been going there for years for fish tacos(which are great with extra ranch sauce a squeeze of 🍋 and sprinkle of salt). Anyways "worst experience ever" , say no to (seems pre-made cause didn'ttaste fresh) pupusas . Other food is ok. Best thing is the fish tacos, soooo stick to the fish tacos and no to pupusas. And it would be great if they treated customers that complain on bad food at least ok. Bad food is bad food and take it with a grain of salt , own it and make it better. Oh 1 more thing besides the fact that the guy talk to me in a rude manner is that with that ugly tone , the guy told me that they could make me the same order or I could order something else and "you have to pay the difference!!" . Dude your food was crap you spoke in a ugly upset manner and still give me bad tone and say you that. Lol , life is ugly sometimes. Anyways I still love their fish tacos. #TruthLoveTheFishTacos...
Read moreIf you go at lunch, expect to wait 15-20 minutes for your order. They have a parking lot, but as there are also other businesses it can get crowded. We went to the coffee shop next door while we waited for our food.
I didn’t realize the Torta Barbacoa ($8.15) was a sandwich! It included marinated shredded beef, mashed beans, lettuce, tomato, avocado, & mayo. It was good if you are in the mood for a sandwich. I really enjoyed the meat, but next time I would get a burrito because the bread got soggy too quickly and the burrito my coworkers got looked delish.
The fish in the fish ceviche tostada ($4.99) was chopped a lot dinner than I’m used to, and it was a little mushy. It had good flavor, and included two large chips on the side & avocado on top.
The guacamole ($2.49)...
