I order from Pauls pizza all the time. I tip them well and I consistently ENJOYED a their pizza. However, this time when I ordered a pizza the pizza was soggy. Initially when it was delivered I had one piece and just assumed that only one piece was like that. Some time went by and i went to have more and I noticed that the entire pizza was soggy. It was disgusting. So I called to complain and they said they would bring me another pizza. The person who owns the resturant literally came to my door and proceeded to get nasty with me and said I had an attitude on the phone and pretty much tried to bully me right at my f* home. He proceeded to take the soggy pizza and said someone will be back with one in a half hour. At that point I seriously just wanted my money back. He ran out of the door and I said I want my money back I don't even want a pizza from you guys and he ignored me and walked away. I have never ever been treated this way. Regardless of whether or not he thought I had an attitude on the phone he had no right to make a personal visit to my home. Im a young single woman and I have some creep from a pizza resturant come to my home to berate me! I cannot believe the service I got from them and I will never ever order from that place again. Read moreI ordered at 8pm a small cheese and pepperoni and Hamburg pizza and a coke I was told delivery would take about an hour and I was paying cash so I waited about 10 minutes after the hour and called a woman answered and I said my order should already be here I’m wondering where my order is without asking me what my address was she said my card didn’t do through that it declined I told her I was paying cash she put me on hold then someone else gets on the phone and says they came to the house and someone came to the door didn’t know English and said they didn’t order I said I was at 155 they said oh he wrote down 151 and how is this my fault she said I can bring it to you now if you would like I wanted them to remake the order then 30 minutes later they deliver a pizza and the wrong soda and I told the guy that this should be on the house this was not right and my child has been waiting almost 2 hours to eat after there bedtime how inconsiderate money meant more to them then customer service I’m never going back there it’s how you treat your customers that make them come back so not happy at all. Read moreThe food is good, however I am disappointed with the service. Last year we were delivered a totally overcooked/burnt pizza and when I called to complain, all they said was sorry. I considered it a fluke and still ordered from them. Now tonight they delivered the wrong salad than the one I ordered. I had already put dressing on the salad before I realized it was wrong. I called to let them know, and they offered to send over another salad. They did not mention on the phone that they were going to ask for the first salad back! So being starving, I ate the salad they had given me and when they came back, they asked to swap the salads. I would have been fine doing that if they'd told me over the phone. I just assumed they were bringing me a free salad to compensate for their mistake. Be clear with your customers, we've been ordering from you for years but this was just really inconsiderate.
