Signarama Vernon — Local services in Vernon

As a small business owner with a tight budget we wanted a new sign to popout and brightly lit for better visibility from the roads but we failed to achieve this goal with signarama.

We wanted a simple and economical box face design with the store name and phone number. Nothing too fancy! I clearly told them I wanted a bright sign to gain attention. They recommended to retrofit with LEDs and design the faceplate. After the sign was installed it’s even duller than the old sign and shadows were cast behind. I could barely see at night. According to the owner the rails were the cause and they order more LEDs to brighten it up. Also the acrylic face plate was a yellowish color. They told me the reason it’s not bright is because of it. If that is the cause they should have inform me from the start. How would I know that? They are the experts not me. After 2 weeks they made the adjustments by cutting the rails out and it got a bit better (20%) but no where we wanted it. At the same time they also added $500 to the remaining balance. Overall we paid $5K for an ugly looking sign that is barely visible. In a few years I might replace it and will not bringing business back. They did a similar sign to a new store with a complete different results!

I do see that they get great reviews but my experience doesn’t reflect this!
