The manager is a miserable jerk. I bought a part that did not work with my vehicle. Because I tried to install it(i put 2 bolts on the new part) he wouldn't return it or give me store credit. I have spent a lot of money at that store and he definitely knew that because I've dealt with him many times. He is almost always rude and seems to hate his life. He told me to keep the new one for a backup which I can't even do since there was a core fee. I asked him if I was supposed to reinstall the new one again and his response was "What do you want me to do". I told him they would loose a lot of customers with that new policy. Read moreI purchased dense oxygen sensor for my 2009 Honda civic. Sensor has one year replacement warranty if defective. This sensor is defective and check engine light came on with o2 bank 1 code. I went to this location to get defective sensor replaced which is warranted by Denso. Clerk at the counter was non cooperative, ignorant and with no effort to resolve the issue. He straight away refused to replace the defective sensor and told me to go get in writing from mechanic shop like he was asking for doctors note. Rude people , advance auto parts was my place to get parts but after this not anymore. You know how to lose customer no wonder why your store is so quite as compare to Autozone. Read moreI would give zero stats if I could. My son went in there 3 hours ago and bought rotors and pads for his Nissan truck. He pulled the first tire off and realized that his brake problem was a leaking caliper. Somehow he didn't have his receipt so he called and asked to swap out the rotors. They said no receipt, no telephone number, no return. They didn't ask for his telephone number and no doubt he left his receipt on the counter. We are talking a couple hours, unopened packages and still no return. That lost them a awful lot of business, good work...
