Seaside Grill — Restaurant in Vero Beach

I will be 70 years old in 6 months.

I just experienced the MOST EXTRAORDINARY MOMENT in my whole life, while sitting out on the patio of the Seaside Grill, at JC Park, in Vero Beach, Florida!!!!

It brought Tears to my eyes, as the “PERFECT MOMENT” HIT me like a brick!!!!

I was sipping on my Delicious Coffee, Looking out at the Beautiful Blue Atlantic Ocean,

When I realized……..

OMG!!!!!!!!

The temperature outside at 7:30 am was PERFECT, The Breeze was soft and gentle. The Red tilted umbrella, shaded my eyes,

And the Mediterranean Breakfast Sandwich, made by Chef Extraordinar, King Derrick, was a Sublime Masterpiece, A Total Work of Art!!!! Nestled between a Perfectly shaped, lightly toasted, and tasty Croissant, Was a soft cooked egg at the top, A Beautiful slice of a delicious, fresh tomatoe. Below it was Fresh, Tender, Spinach Leaves, THEN……. Crumbles of Feta Cheese, drizzled with Upscale, Fresh Olive Oil!!!!!

I’m tearing up as I type this………

Gabby, My Precious, Happy, PERFECT, Waitress, was EXTRAORDINARY, Super Smart, and the Hardest Worker I EVER experienced!!!!!

King Derrick, (as he prefers to be called with a smile, was Kind and Happy as well!!!

Kyle the Manager, helped out just like a regular Crew Member and wasn’t sitting behind a desk, trying to appear busy!!!!

This Cozy little Seaside Gem, Has changed My WHOLE LIFE, And I may be hitting 70 years old, But I don’t feel a DAY OVER 35!!!!

This will ALWAYS BE, My Home Away from Home!!!

As I work hard to stay within my pittance of a retirement budget,, I will work hard to be able to repeat this moment each month!!

I asked Kyle, if I could come to work for him, Cleaning windows, fans, floors, Etc., Etc. All night, if it worked for him, Or whatever works for him.

If you are looking for the best waterfront restaurant in Vero Beach, this should be a go-to destination. The view is beautiful, and the breeze is amazing - the perfect environment for a sunny day.

I had the grilled chicken bacon & ranch wrap. It was just right - filling and refreshing. It came with a side of fries or coleslaw. I hade the fries which were a little greasy, but crispy and delicious. I think many beacgoers would find they hit the spot. The wrap and fries was reasonably priced at about $13 - a good value for the flavor and view.

We also had a fish taco - they were street taco sized. It was very heavy with the aioli and not too much fish, but a good snack if you are looking for a bite to eat while walking the boardwalk. At $7 per taco, expect it to be a small treat and not a large filling taco.

We liked the garlic broccoli. It was LOADED with garlic and butter, which we enjoyed. Our favorite thing about the broccoli was that it was not overcooked - the broccoli still had a little crunch, and that made it very enjoyable. If you are sensitive to strong garlic flavor, you might want to request a little less garlic, but we enjoyed them as is.

I enjoyed the wrap so much I will go back again for it, maybe even trying the Grilled Chicken Caesar wrap next time.
