I have had nothing but issues at this location. They’ve overcharged me and then couldn’t figure out the math for the refund and after 15 minutes tried to give me less then I was owed, it took 3 employees and a manager to finally fix it by refunding my the original order price and then ringing up the correct order to get the correct price. They charged me for a 6 piece and gave me a 4 piece and I even showed them the price difference (I think it was $1.60ish) on the app and they still couldn’t get it. Their wet nuggets aren’t worth 80 cents a piece but it was the principle of the thing, if you’re going to be a cashier you need to know how to add! Tonight’s employee’s action made it so that I will never return though, not when there is a fantastic Wendy’s, Taco Bell, and KFC in the same area. I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, no exaggeration, because my husband wanted to try the spicy nuggets and when I finally got to the speaker (and waited forever for someone to acknowledge me) the guy told me they can’t see mobile orders on their screen after 7pm, which makes no sense, and basically told me I was SOL on the order I had already paid for on the app. I said I was just going to have my husband come down and figure it out, I was tired from packing for a trip all day and wasn’t waiting around any more. As I was pulling away he was cackling at me through the window! It seems like the employees there get a kick out of screwing over customers, either that or they are trying to pocket the change from over charging or a screen that just somehow stops working after 7pm. If you want terrible customer service, to loose your money, and be laughed at, or get stale buns if you manage to actually get your order, then this is the place for you! It’s gotten almost as bad as the North Versailles McDonald’s ever since they remodeled it. They must have gotten new employees with the new look, obviously newer is not better...
Read moreI would've rated it a minus of the choice was available. The drive thru has an automated drink dispenser but does not dispense a straw with your drink. Waited 23 minutes in line just to order my food, simple, a #1. 37 minutes later I got my order. Like I said earlier, no straw with my drink. No napkins in the bag with my order. My Big Mac did not come on a sesame seed bun, it was a combination of 2 buns cut to make a layered bun.
I have written to McDonald's Corporation in the past and figured these types of issues would've been resolved. I guess nobody addresses these issues.
I travel all over North America and this has to be one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The shame of it, it's the McDonald's that's closest to my home.
This is strike 2 on my written dissatisfaction with this particular McDonald's. I'll give it 3 months before coming back and not until then will I order from this place until then. 3rd time will be a strikeout.
I know McDonald's food is not a good choice, but it is supposed to be fast and convenient. Neither of which is true. Take that along with not getting a sandwich that's not made as advertised makes matters even worse.
I hate to be long winded, but it's the honest truth. Not sure if it's because of the younger generation that has no work ethics or if it's poor management and not training the staff how to do their jobs properly, but things definitely need to change.
What a shame, this place has been here for many many years and I don't see it being here much longer if they keep things going in...

Now if you read any of my prior reviews you would find that I am not normally an excessively negative person, But this was exceptional in its absurdity. When we pulled up there were 4 cars ahead of us, 2 had already given their order and 2 hadn't. We waited approximately 15 minutes for those 2 cars to proceed. Then I waited for at least 5 minutes to actually hear from someone. 'you can go ahead with your order'was all that I was greeted with. So I attempt to order 2 mcflurries-nope....the machine was malfunctioning. OK so it was 1030 at night, whatever. After I ordered the alternate items we then had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes before we were able to pull up to the window, during which no one looked at or even acknowledged my presence at the window. Finally after over a half an hour in this line, the staff member opened it and simply stated how much I owed. No apologies, no smile, just a flat, uninitiated monotone, which she was not giving to other customers in the store. No, she was laughing and chatting with those folks. Alot. After all of this the french fries were not even close to hot and the burgers' bun was stale, which I didn't notice right away because it was inundated with ketchup.
