Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Versailles

Beware when ordering from Pizza Hut in Versailles you are being overcharged on your orders!! When you call them to let him know that you were overcharged because a mistake that they made they will not refund you the money that they overcharged you even though it was their mistake!!! Manager Austin did a good job speaking to me openly admitted that yes he made a mistake when putting in my order but unfortunately because of the store's policy he will be terminated if he returns my money!! This is the 3rd time i was overcharged at this location first time somebody gave himself a tip for a carry-out order said it was done by mistake. Second time they accidentally charged my card twice for the same order took 3 weeks for me to get the money returned back to me and this time I ordered three of the 10.99 deal large any 5 topping pizza he pressed the wrong button charging me extra for all five toppings then when I asked about it he said he apologized that he could give me a credit but will not be able to give me a cash refund due to the store's policy I will not be returning and I will take my business elsewhere but please watch your receipts and have them read back the order word-for-word because they're making a ton of...

The good:

I ordered a Big Pizza box this evening. The pizza was ready quick and really good. Pretty much status quo for any Pizza Hut.

The not so good:

I walked in, there was no one in the lobby (staff included). Soon a guy walked up to the counter, didn't say "Hi" or "How ya doin" - just abruptly asked if I had a mask to which I answered yes. (It wasn't on, I had forgotten it, and didn't realize it until he asked)

He then asked if I would put it on. It was out in the car, I was the only one in the lobby, he had a mask on and we were separated by a giant plexi wall, so I answered "No" to his request.

He said fine, I'll serve you outside to which I agreed. He grabbed my pizza, delivered it to me on the curb and said "here's your pizza" and quickly went back inside.

I get the value of a mask, it's rare that I forget to wear mine. And I understand he might be following the direction of a manager or owner. Fact is he was short (in tone), a little on the rude side, and seemed pretty excited to tell me I would have to wait outside.

It's not the first time I've had a bad customer service experience at your location.

Went to Pizza hut in Versailles Indiana last night at 7:30 pm the employee told us that they were out of dough for everything except bread sticks and just laughed about it. We told him that this is the 3rd time in the last year we have stopped there and got the same story. He proceeded to tell us that it was a corporate problem and that they haven't gotten a truck in over a month. They just laughed about it,we might get a truck in a couple days but don't know when. My wife ordered bread sticks with cheese and asked them to make sure the Marina sauce was hot,the employee laughed and said we don't heat the Marina we serve it cold. This place is a joke,they don't care about the customer at all. This is absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. They should be shut down. I will follow up with Pizza Hut Corporate. Everyone should do their part and boycott this Pizza...
