Just visited the local Zaxby's for the second time in 2 weeks. That was only because it was convenient and it was what my grandson wanted. I wanted to write this last week but decided to let it slide. NOT THIS TIME. Today I ordered a Cajun Club sandwich. My exact words were, I'd like a Cajun Club sandwich, chicken, bacon and tomato only. When I got it, there was no tomato. I told them I asked for tomato. I said, "I want the meat but plus the tomato.The attendant took it back and gave me the same sandwich with tomato but the bacon was now missing. I said, the bacon is missing. She tried to tell me that I only said tomato. I then said, I asked for the meat, bacon is meat. She took it back again. I asked if I could get a fresh sandwich and she said it not's cold. She asked someone else about my getting another sandwich then asked if I wanted the food or a refund. Not wanting an incident like in the movie, "WAITING", I asked for a refund. The best part of all, there wasn't a mask or plastic gloves in sight.
As for the precious week, I'd asked about a military discount when I placed the order. When I got to the window, I waited for the girl to ask for my military ID. She asked for my credit card and as she swiped it, another girl ran up and asked if my card had been ran. It had. She didn't for my ID, so I thought it would be taken out. When I got my receipt, no discount. I asked what happened. Then she said she had to get it before she ran my card and they couldn't change it. But that it would only be a few cents. How can she tell me about my own money? The order was $14.05. At 10 percent you do the math. So sad....

I wasn't given a receipt, they left the cookies out of both kids meals.Our fries were old and dry. After discovering all this we want back through the drive thru. Told them what happened. At the window a young man ignored us for all of five minutes. Kept passing right by the window without saying a word. Finally he say you needed sauce right? " Yes and the cookies for the kids meals and our friends replaced because they are sad"! He made a facial expression that seemed to say I was asking for too much. Once the fry was prepared he didn't give it too us. Read moreI LIKED NOTHING ABOUT THIS STORE! A guy named Anthony (short little baby black guy) is very disrespectful to customers and doesn't care to go that extra mile for customers! THIS ZAXBYS IS VERY DIRTY AND UNKEPT! It is a disgrace to even walk into! Anthony back talked me several times and treated me as if I was bothersome for asking for a "nibblers meal with ranch". I was so disappointed in his lack of ability to even TRY to get my order to me the way I wanted. It created so much conflict that the Assistant manager had to come up front and she sent him to the back! VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL WORKERS AND I will DEFINITELY not be coming back EVER again. I'd rather order food from preschoolers then go here!
