Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Vicksburg

This sonic is not even worth a star rating! The service is absolutely terrible. Every single time I have been there in the last year they have gotten my order wrong! I went a few weeks ago to get breakfast and a bag of ice and they didn't have bags for Ice so their offer was 8 route 44 cups full!!! Where was I going to put these 8 cups of ice so I said just forget it. I went last Saturday to get breakfast and I saw a lady outside and asked what time they opened which she responded 7, I told her ok I have time to wait until 7... so 7:15 rolls around and they are not open and still trying to figure out how to turn the alarm off so I left. Today I went to get a diet cherry limeade for my husband, yes they were busy so I didn't mind waiting 10 mins or so but 18 mins later still no drink!! They are the slowest and worst staffed fast food restaurant I've ever experienced! I have worked in food and beverage for 8 years and was an assistant manager of a restaurant so I understand the ins and outs and being in the weeds but every single time which about 10 in a year I have not been satisfied! Well 9pm sunday evening Traveling back to dallas from alabama stopped to get fuel and some grub We pulled in to sonic and this sonic has changed my sonic views of ever eating at sonic again. Ordered the toaster sandwich meal It didnt come with onion ring Didnt come with tomatoe Nor did it come with strips of bacon. It actually came with a couple bacon bits. Ordered cheese tots and they didnt even come with a fork So I called the intercom and asked for a fork and some pepper THEY BROUGHT out fork and ketchup I explained to the waitress which I already pre tipped 3 dollars for the meal. I will never tip until I'm done eating EVER again. So I was explaining to her that half the topping were missing she literally just stared at my food and said nothing. Finally she said I'll get them to cook you an onion ring. YES THEY DID JUST THAT they cooked a small onion ring and brought it out AFTER I was finished with the sandwich.
