Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Vicksburg

On 9/29/2025 at around 10:15 A.M. I went into the Tractor Supply store in Vicksburg MS to purchase a lawn mower blade. I was unable to locate the blade that I needed so I went to register to ask for assistance. I had to wait for the person that was working the register to finish eating her plate of breakfast. Then she attempted to call someone to the front to help me. She was unable to get anyone so she came over there herself after a few minutes. She did not know anything about the product that I was looking for so I asked her if there was anywhere else that I could go that may have them. I was unsure since I purchased the mower from Tractor Supply. She told me I could go to Tractor Supply. I told her that I was at Tractor Supply. She then got upset and raised her voice and told me that she did not mean to say that. While she was still yelling at me I told her that I did not need this and proceeded to walk out the door. She followed me to the door yelling at me the entire time. She then told me to have a blessed day because she is going to be alright. I said yes you will then I walked out the door. I was almost to my vehicle when she came outside in the parking lot still yelling at me. I was attempting to call Tractor Supply's customer service number while this was going on. She then stated that she was going to call the police. I told her that she was the one causing the problem, I was simply trying to leave. She was the one that chased me into the parking lot. I told her to go ahead and call the police, I will sit and wait on them because I had done nothing wrong. The police arrived and while they were there she tried to keep me from talking to the officers telling them that she was the one that called not me. After the officers spoke with both of us they said that there was nothing for them to do because there was nothing illegal done. All of this should be on camera. I can assure you that I will not be back at this store. Not only was this completely unprofessional it was disrespectful and pathetic. If this is Tractor Supply's idea of customer service then I would rather shop anywhere else. The fact that I couldn't even leave the store without being harassed in the parking lot says everything I need to know about this store. I have never been treated this way in any store that I have been in. Pathetic is not even a strong enough word for what I had to...

Even though I gave Tractor supply one star I still will come back to shop. But the Management needs managing! I shop at this regularly but the service is divided. Some are good,some are nosey,some are messy,and the nosey messy ones schooling the newcomers on how to be A messy Team member!.. Slick as Cristo Oil 🛢...Boy the Management needs managing..How you gone take your messy work over to the other store? Leave your mess at Home!..Child my hair didn't fall out I cut it off...See a Perm Don't do anything but Stretch your hair..your natural roots are not. I didn't want to work there I was asking for my son but he's too good to work for you! His working skills bypass your messy skills by a land slide 🛝. Well not my best experience. I called it around 7 and ask to speak to somebody in the trailer parks department. I was told the whole. At the five minute Mark of being on hold I went ahead and hung up call back told them that I would like to speak to somebodyPanda trailer parts department. I was sold the hold waited until the 7-minute mark hung up the phone and drove down there. I was met by a younger African American female and I asked her was there somebody that could help me in the trailer parts? She informed me that if it wasn't only Isle that there was no need to ask anybody they didn't have it.
