Fairly new but been open a bit now so wanted to give it a try. First, it seems they've already outgrown their space which is a good thing. Ordered the meat lovers and added jalapenos and pineapple, had two drinks and the price was $41 with tip so a bit on the pricier side. For me the pizza was good but the crust is a bit too thin and a bit on the bitter side. I would like the option to have a thicker style crust. Also for such a thin crust it seemed a little flimsy and could have been cooked a tad longer with all the toppings. Very few options for seating and parking but I'm sure they were looking for a space that was affordable to start the business. It is not often I take the time to write restaurant reviews but the experience I had at this restaurant deserved an extra effort as the food I had at this location was exquisite. The skill it takes to balance flavor, texture and experience in the pizza industry is a Sisyphean task that is never quite accomplished and is doomed to be ever repeated. I can say with full confidence that Evan's has come as close as any I have seen to making this trifecta work in perfect harmony.
