Read moreI’m generally a Person that doesn’t complain but in this case I don’t mind. Moo-moos has decent food and I can’t dispute that. However the speed of the service has much to be desired. Usually 2 speeds are present there ... slow and stop Knowing that I called ahead and ordered my takeout. Was told to be ready in 15 minutes. I purposely showed up in 20 . What I arrived to was a stagnant line with 5 people ahead of me . I waited for about 15 minutes... asked about my call in order but was brushed off. ( I’m deaf do I know I talk little loud) I understand if your running a special that night. Maybe management should accommodate more staff to professionally and efficiently service the needs of customers. My thoughts keep the chicken... the service left a bad...
