Omg!!!!! We finally have a Mr. Gatti’s in town again. It has been years since we had the old one on Navarro street almost back to my childhood. This new location is on Laurent in the shopping area near the Box Coffee and the Crossroads Arthouse. It’s rather big and even has a To-go drive in lane in the works! Buffet is all you can eat for about $17. (Well I think it was $14 and I tipped them.) Anyway it’s just how I remember it: the food still tastes so excellent. Compared to Pizza Hut, the pizza is so much better and very tasty. All varieties but my favorite is cheese, pepperoni, and hamburger. They also have amazing spaghetti with marinara sauce, cooked vegetables, macaroni and cheese, breadsticks, and desserts like cinnamon sticks. It all tastes very good and they have a wide assortment of fountain drinks. Today was the second day after opening day yesterday so it was rather busy when I went around 3 pm. The staff is still learning cleaning procedures and they took my drinks away from the table a few times..I went all by myself so no one was there to guard the table and my food for me. Arcade looks amazing though I couldn’t afford it today. Lots of games, prizes, bumper cars….so fun. Establishment clean and staff polite. Definitely check it out if you’re a fan of pizza and buffet!! :)

Lupe the manager was on point!!!!!! We came to town for a Robotics competition and brought the team in. He made the team feel welcomed and totally made things special for the team! The food was great and the rest of the staff was excellent 👌 and super friendly! Totally recommend this place not just for the food and games but for the service!

Found hair cooked in the pizza and pulled it out. When owner was notified all he had to say was “well if that’s what’s grossing you out about it just throw the whole plate away and get some more”. Absolutely disgusting and not good customer service at all.

I'm giving one more star than I originally planned because a manager very generously refunded my buffet price from my family's total. He kindly listened to complaint(s). Though the staff is obviously very nice; the place was very clean and well staffed; the different seating areas was cool: It's the worst pizza I've ever had. I think their slogan that "it's the best pizza in town,...honest," is a joke. It's sickly sweet and the crust is so crunchy like pretzel crunchy, no softness to the dough. I would've rather have eaten frozen pizzas at home and took my kids to play at Chuck e cheese or just went to a Cici's.

Even before eating I was wishing we had gone to another place because I was not happy about the price of the buffet that must be paid for everyone who enters (buffet prices and rule I didn't find on the website before going). To me paying 13.49 for everyone 10 and over and 8.49 for younger is a lot when your kids 4, 10, and 13 really don't even eat that much, no where to what I would eat as an adult. And none of the kids even liked the food so we barely ate anything. These prices are just for the food.

To play the games is separate. The game room is probably about as big as the Chuck e cheese game area. You have to purchase cards to load credits on. Each game is about 8 credits, like $2. And they're not going to get many tickets unless you pay a lot for games. This I did find pretty normal and comparable to Chuck e cheese and peter piper. But since I spent so much on the wasted food I didn't want to spend a lot on games because I was gonna have to end up paying for food...

Went in here tonight with seven of my family members and we were all charge for a Buffet and we got in there and there was no pizza at all. No breadsticks just salad and everybody was saying that the power had went out and that they didn’t know when the ovens were coming on, so I don’t understand why they would take all of our money and then we had to leave because they didn’t know when their ovens were coming on and never ate. Management or owner somebody should’ve been out there to stop people from coming in if you guys didn’t have pizza. I feel like we went and got charged over $100 and no one offered to refund us and let us leave after we complain and said hey we didn’t get anything to eat and they were like wow you can wait we don’t know when the ovens are coming on. This is a very very sad choice of management. How could you do this to people continue to take their money when you didn’t know if you’re gonna be able to feed them or the kids are gonna be able to play games. Then after we pay $127 and complain and knowing offers to give us a refund we go outside and see that you have a sign up that employee was putting up saying no pizza after you let us come in there and take her money and would not refund us back. Where is regional management during this time, how can you continue to run this business like this last time we came? We had raw dough pizza and hardly any of it was available and you had electricity then. I’d rather just drive to El...
