I used to love coming here. This was the last straw and I will not be returning. I called to place a order and the lady sounded annoyed then asked me to hold. After over 6 minutes of waiting the line picks up and I hear dialing. A bit confused I say hello, then I hear some shuffling around and again say hello. I hear more movement then the line hangs up. I think maybe the call dropped. Call back and immediately I'm asked to hold I explain about the previous call and she says oh well that's probably the owner. No apology or anything at this point. I say the owner hung up on me after trying to place a call??? She says oh no not the owner. The owners daughter did. I said well do you have a main office I can call. She said oh uh I'm not sure.
