Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Victoria

Papa johns doesn't like traveling customers. I called last night at right about ten pm asking about delivery hours if they would deliver to my hotel. I was told yes they deliver until midnight. I called at 11:30 I was asked the address I said I was at the knights Inn they don't know where the knights Inn is? I found this the address gave it to them and he said I'll transfer you to the front counter. This guy he sounded like he was either intoxicated or under some type of medication. He told me it would be twenty one dollars and change for the shaqaronni pizza delivered. I asked how much for pickup. I was told 15.99 I said that's not right and asked to talk to the manager was put on hold after 15 minutes I hung up. I called a friend who is a manager at a papa John's in a different state. He told me that the price was 12.99 at any location in the USA I knew that. I called back pushed the option to speak to a manager. The manager said the reason I was on hold that long before was because he was the only employee who knew how to make pizza. I asked for delivery I was put on hold again. My friend who's a manager told me alot of their privately owned chains won't deliver to hotels because of so many orders and they cater to the local delivery. What a awful way to do business. They should probably drug test the employees. So this restaurant charges local people one price and hotel guests 3 dollars more. I see the add on TV all the time saying that pizza is 12.99. Plain case of false...

I came in at 11 pm. I understand closing and getting things done. What I don't understand is why it took 25+ minutes to get a small pizza. What I don't understand is why a employee is going to be talking on a the phone WHILE PRESSING OUT DOUGH. I don't know where his phone has been. Hang up your phone call your at work and WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE TOUCHING FOOD. I then watched both employees keep making food since there screen was full but they could they couldn't hear it. Talking on the phone in the back will have you missing orders. Again I get closing and making bosses happy by being put on time but your customers are still ordering food. First off. My delivery was 15 minutes late. I get it, it's busy. But how u gunna send me skimppy azz BREAD KNOTS and not #GARLICKNOTS?!?!?!?!??!?! We sucked it up and ate the knoted up pizza crust and dipped it in the garlic dipping sauce they give u with the pizza. But come on Papa John's. Where's my actual #garlicknots at??????? Not a super disappointment but still disappointed in the fact that the person making the #KNOTSknots neglected to put garlic sauce on them. We'll that's the reason for 2 stars down the board.
