Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Victoria

So I don't usually go here but it's close and I always give places another chance. Call me fat Idgaf lmao. But most of the time the food is off or I get sick. Saying that I don't come her often at all. Probably once every couple months(3 to 4 months). But this last time I went I didn't get my order for 18 minutes. Plus the fact that they were getting everyone else's order out. I ordered large fries and medium tater tots. They just kept on coming up to us and asking if this or that was our order and we repeated it for 18 minutes. At one point half way through. They just never came up to us even tho we are at there drive thru window. My gf and I are the nicest people in the world and it kinda stung to see them make eye contact and hide. At the end they had the manager come over like we were mad and asked what was our order for the 6th time. Finally got it and fries were soggy and tatertots were oily. 1/10 review from...

After clearly placing and order and waiting ten minutes to get..it comes out wrong. I ordered a #9 grilled chicken sandwich combo.. and the very girl that took my order bring me a #1 cheeseburger combo.. I tell her the order is wrong and she tales it back shortly returning to tell me she entered the wrong item...and that there would be an extra charge...... it's Not the money it's the principal, good customer service would be- hey I screwed up your order and made you wait an extra 5 minutes....so we apologize for any inconvenience here's your order, have a good day. And off a happy customer goes....and when a review is sent to him he remembers the good service and writes about it....but instead of that kind of review He ends up having to explain how to properly handle customers..... makes me Very cautious to return to that location. Not impressed with the food. Pricing did not seem to match the quality of food we received. We got two kids meals for our children and they no longer carried items on the kids menus, which was why we settled on them.

Fries were not hot or warm, and had no flavor. The chili cheese fries my wife got looked as if they had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while.

It was a good reminder as to why we don’t eat here at all.

The only reason I feel okay with the 1 star rating is because my slush was good. I do believe they are the ultimate drink stop because there isn’t anything else on the menu worth purchasing.

This isn’t an emotional review, we actually ate this meal about a week ago, but I was very disappointed by our meal and can’t really justify giving them another chance since my last 3-4 visits, once a year have been pretty close to...
