Pinto Bean — Restaurant in Victoria

The seating was super fast..and that is where it ended. I had my daughter with me and she was telling the food was excellent and the service was quick...Not! We waited just to get our drinks for 30 minutes..and the lady knew we were ready to order cause our menus were on the side of the table. We had gone through a whole basket of chips (which were very good and crispy). Got our drinks, and waited and waited.....our waitress served 4 tables at 1 time...different tables...so 1 of the tables had to wait another 15 minutes for the rest of their meal to be served...there were on 4 people at that table...I finally told her as she was walking by that we are ready to order...she kept walking, 5 minutes later she asked us, and we told her 2 breakfast tacos...they came about 15 to 20 minutes later. They were hard and the only thing warm in it was the beans. The potatoes were very cold and hard. I'm sure because they were very busy it wasn't her fault..BUT, when a waitress isn't smiling or speaking to you and a larger table that got served before us, and they arrived After us surely didn't put a positive thought in my mind. I don't think I will be going back. I'm sure they have good food, but I'll let everyone else deal with...

Got here took over 10 min. To get our 3 drinks. Then she didn't give us straws walked away. Without a word. Walked past us to another table because they were upset they wanted their check and had apparently asked her several times already. My son had to stop her for straws she was a little rude about it tossed on the table. She walked off and didn't ask if we were ready to order nothing. Finally, after 17 mins, she came and took our order after taking 2 tables that sat after us first

Then I had to holler at another waitress because she sat us at a table which had water dripping from the ceiling in two spots, one on my son. Our waitress said, "Why don't u just move your chair?" That's ridiculous. The other waitress let us move one table back in the corner and then sat 6 people on a 4-person table right next to us

Literally didn't get our 3 plates for another 25 extra minutes after she put it in. We watched her cause she didn't put it in right away she did two more things before.

Mind you, they were not what you considered busy. There were tables empty in each section. The food might be good, but when your service is extremely rude and uncomfortably unfriendly, why would anyone continue...

Well when I got a piece of wood in my food I asked the waitress what it was , she told me it was bell pepper. I told her ain't no bellppepper I've ever eat looks like that, then the cook came out of the kitchen ,she told me it was a stalk from the celentro, the foot or root of it, the trash part of the celentro, Not any celentro I've eat, I can buy a bunch of it from HEB and never get things like that out of it. Told her iam not a horse or goat and I don't eat trees if I did I'd goto the park and eat for free. Then they want to talk about me in Spanish well for one i am mexicana american and I understood exactly what they were saying i wont repeat what they said due to the vulgar words used ,so I started speaking to them in Spanish and talk about the deer in the headlight look from 3 dark complected Mexican ladies turned white. I told them I'd pay for all the bill but that plate,they said they would call the police on me and I told them go right ahead and I'll be sitting down right at that table waiting. So in turn they finallybtook the plate off so we could leave it took us 30 minutes to leave the...
