Wendy's — Restaurant in Victoria

I wantes to order the 2 for 5 and i asked for rhe grilles grilled chicken the guy in the red shirt told me that wendys dose not allow us to have it in the grilled i told him i worked for the other wendys n said we do it for our customer's over there but he continue to tell me no so i went ahead and got the 2 for 5 spicy chicken instead well to top it off he gave me hard old spicy chicken sandwishes so i went back up there n there was another nice gentleman he knod his head n exchanged it quickly for fresh spicy sandwiches its a shame cause the other one that told me no was wearing a red shirt i know he is a shift leader or a...

Filthy, moldy restaurant. Ceiling tiles are water damaged, rotted and have fallen. This looks like it happened some time ago. Ceiling is still dripping.

Food was meh, fries were cold. They didn't give me any croutons etc. for my salad which was outrageously expensive.

Employees had no idea how to scan my app for free nuggets. Manager had to come over and just give me a discount which was nowhere near the price of the gross nuggets.

Came to Wendy's with my family to have a sit down meal, only to get to the doors that were locked an hour early. When attempting to ask an employee why the lobby was closed they simply stated "The person who works the counter has to leave". Meaning they chose to close prematurely, the employee working drive thru knows how to work the front counter. If i could give 0 stars I would. No service provided and rude employees. Will not...
