Fresh yum Donut's &Deli — Restaurant in Victorville

I went in there literally 15 mins ago, when I ordered I told the cashier no chives I said it 4 times. I’m not sure if he understood what I was saying but I said repeatedly no chives and he even repeated what I said and yet by the time I get home on the other side of town I seen chives. It was waaaay too much to take the chives out as I am allergic to it not even wanting to take the chance and instead of issuing a refund they want the food back. I wouldn’t have mind if I lived closer! But come on! I repeated mutilple times that I didn’t want chives and yes I am being entitled right now, if I had the time to go back I would! I stopped to get food for a reason. I should have checked before walking out that door! I wouldn’t recommend this place. They need someone that can understand two languages one being...

Went there today and had good service while face-to-face but when we got home to enjoy our donuts, they had come apart. It looked like it was a couple of days old, the jelly donuts didn't have jelly in them and were empty inside of it. They came apart while we grabbed them to eat like Hamburg buns. We tried to call but when they finally picked up and explained what was the problem they hung up. We called again and they blocked MY number. We called on another phone and we asked for a refund; they told us to wait to ask if we can and hung up again. We have the phone calls all on video for their terrible service and photos...

Love this doughnut shop, but I no longer live in the area.

Edit: Under new management. Had to take back some stars. I didn't think you could make a donut taste bad because it's just sugar. Was proven wrong.

2 Edit: I came back cause this is one of my favorite places. I was thinking maybe it was just that day and wanted to give it a second try. Anyways I came in and everything was pretty fresh.
