Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Victorville

So I just left there like 10 minutes. It's now 5:31 pm. On 12/13/23. And let me tell you. I walked in there and the cashier, who I see there a lot is doing her job. Working the register. Helping out back. I mean moving back and forth. Greeting. Working. Charging. Taking phone orders. Doing a great job on my opinion, going above and beyond. But then the manager whoever she is, start to yell at her. While the cashier is taking a phone order. The manager startes yelling at her to do something while the girl is busy taking an order. At first it's like what? But she starts to go off on the cashier and curse at her and tell her that she (the manager) did this and this and that and that the cashier didn't do s#it. I mean really letting her have it. Loudly. The cashier tried to tell her she's helping her out and working the front. So the manager started to kick her out the back to the front. She defended herself as best as she could. No one should speak to anyone like that. It was a disgusting behavior on the "manager's" part. It was me and another customer who looked at me like that's wrong. Whoever this "manager" is has no business managing anyone since she can't even manage her own emotions and apparently wants everyone to do their job and hers. Definitely on a power trip. I hope to not see her "manager" there anymore. She is disrespectful and made my time there stressful. After a long day at the e.r. with my children. I can't even imagine how much stress she puts the cashier through. It's unfair. I always get good service from that cashier. I'm saddened to see how she is being treated. It's a sad day for fast food. I literally cannot eat fast food anymore. I guess it's a good and bad thing . I am now eating a lot healthier but sometimes just crave a fast burger or pizza. Every food chain in Garden Grove to Anaheim is horrible and has the worst constancy ever. Carl's Jr , Burger King, Taco Bell, del taco and McDonald's aka poison food which I do not like but sometimes the family wants it... McDonald's is the worst thing you can eat and I do not mean taste wise. I mean the fries are literally cardboard and burgers are cold and tasteless. It's literally poisonous. My son loves little Caesars so I get it when he asks for it but the constancy is horrible. 1 out of 10 times the pizza is made horrible. The dough doesn't rise which is the worst because that means the dough is bad. They barely add any cheese or toppings. The flavor is so bland. I do not know how the workers are not fired or the owners do not care about the business. I now have convinced my son to want pizza hut which is great with their constancy. Even dominos are better but I try to stay away because they are almost as bad as little Caesars. I would never ever eat another little Caesars pizza again and I definitely won't miss it like a double western... I've worked at a pizza joint for years and I would never serve a pizza like little Caesars....even on my worst day.. I mean I couldn't even if I tried . R.i.P little...

Absolutely incredible experience at Little Caesars last night (3/15/24)! I pulled up around 10:50 PM, just hoping to see if they had any Hot-N-Ready items left. That’s when I met Valerie, the amazing young lady who took my order. She let me know they were closing in five minutes but assured me that as long as the doors were open, she would continue taking orders. I even tried to talk her out of it, knowing how close it was to closing time, but she wouldn’t hear it—she was committed to serving every last customer.

I explained that I had a van full of hungry 16-year-old boys and needed a large order. Without hesitation, Valerie told me to go ahead and place it so they could get started. I ordered 16 boxes of pizza puffs, and when she announced it to the team, Jean and Adrian didn’t hesitate for a second. No complaints, no frustration—just pure dedication and teamwork. They immediately got to work, ensuring our order was taken care of.

The customer service from all three of them was nothing short of outstanding. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. I truly appreciate what they did for me and the six boys in my van. Little Caesars, you’ve got some rock stars...
