In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Victorville

If I can rate my experience today would be horrible I have never in experience such of humiliation and from a manager I ordered food for take out after me and my two children ordered 3 full meals mind you we had already dine inn and I went after to ordered some take out for the rest of my family we were order #37 it’s been about 45 min passed and I noticed they called all the 30s even some 40s so I got up and asked if my order was almost done and young men said your order is ready I’m just waiting for some animal style fries you ordered so I said ok another 15 min passed I asked again and politely said don’t worry about the fries just give me the order as is and give me the money back from the fries manager comes and doesn’t say I’m sorry or anything and gives me my whole money back and says thank you here’s your money I said no I don’t want the money back just for the fries I won’t be taking I still want the food I tried giving him the money and he insist and said just take it he gives me the food I wait a bit more he turns around and I asked can I have the shakes I ordered he said rudely I gave you your money back I said yes I left it in the counter because I didn’t want the money I’m still taking my food I asked the girl to ring in the shakes and she does and gives them to me I was so upset I even cried of how rude he was I cried in front of all the guest and even the employees I called him back to reassure to him before I left and told him I didn’t want nothing for free but he was super rude and didn’t know how to just listen for what I was asking for just the money back from the animal style fries I didn’t want to wait for it was already an hour inn I left the money there didn’t take anything with me but the food I ordered I got home with the food and the shakes and the order was still wrong I have never been so upset in my life I came home crying and with an upset stomach it’s not fair worse experience of my life and from a manager I hope he understands that is not a way to treat paying customers that don’t want any free stuff I spend over 80 bucks from dine inn and my take out it’s not ok I was there around 5:30 to 6pm today I’m sure the sweet cashiers...

As always the food is In-N-Out style good. But, the wait in the drive thru is BAD. Which, you know, I do somewhat understand. The food, especially the fries, are better eating than at most other fast food places. The fries are fatter, therefore not as hard and dried out as at McDonalds or Burger King, or whatever. Also the high turnover at In-N-Out means that your fries have probably only been thru the fryer once. Therefore they are softer, tastier and just plain better to eat. The other places often give you fries that have been cooked, sat in the basket because there is a lull in bring ordered, then dropped back into the oil at least once and usually more times than that. Plus, they are thinner, which means that they turn harder and drier than the In-N-Out fries. But, the wait is something which often drives me away from In-N-Out. Often, I just don't feel like wasting 30 or 40 minutes just trying to get served. I honestly cannot believe I'm about to say this but I had my 1st ever horrible experience at in n out. I took the drive thru thinking it would be quick as it is for every other location I've been to plus the line wasn't as long as I usually see it coming off to the street. It took some time but I had patience until my order was taken by a very rude female. She was holding the menu pretty far down and when I turned to ask my son what he wanted to drink I heard her sigh and say "oh my god" no smile nothing. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt maybe she was talking to whoever was in the headset. But the cherry on top was that I ordered a plain cheese burger for my 5 year old son and he bit into chopped chili's. Then he went to wash it down with his sprite and that tasted like carbonated water. I should've known to leave by how long it was taking in that line but I stuck it out.
