I am a waitress and I use the systems for delivery ALL the time at work. It is a VERY simple system where you can actually change to show you are out of an item. If the customer leaves their number (which we do) they can contact you back if there is a problem. On a couple occasions I have actually contacted the driver if I didnāt have this item since they have the info. Tonight I made a delivery order and within 15 seconds of placing the order it was canceled. I called the restaurant and it went unanswered. I even got in my car and drove all the way to the restaurant in order to make the order. The woman immediately asked if she could list everything that they had in the store. She said that they were out of days. I asked if she was out of the walnut shrimp and she said yes, then she proceeded to rattle off everything that they had so fast that I could barely compute it. She needs to slow down and allow the customer to actually understand what it is that they have in stock or not. To that point I got so flustered. I am on a strict diet and just her doing that alone was enough to make me cry. And I told her never mind I would not be making an order and that I originally did an online delivery and came all the way there to get food. She then gave me this bs excuse that it does not allow her to do anything and she had to cancel the order. Itās one thing if you were lying to a customers face that has absolutely no idea of the inner workings with the delivery systems. However, working with those systems daily I know for a fact that it is complete bull. Your employees do you not understand how to use the software properly and weāre not trained. This location continues to go way downhill. Every time that we go to this location the portions get smaller and smaller and the employees always have an I donāt care attitude. Iām not saying to completely fill up my plate or anything but give a little bit more in the boxes so that they are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame here after a school field trip super hungry, i ordered food and everything was going normal until i was about to pay for my food. I was about to pay with a 20$ bill cash and the lady was super rude and made a face at me. She was about to hand my food over and she immediately pulled it back and put it on a cart and seemed like was talking to her employees after making a skank face at me and asking super loud if i was paying with cash. Super humiliating taking in mind that my peers were there and everyone was looking at me. After giving me dirty looks she said they cant take cash and since it was all i had with me at the moment she told me to step aside and let her charge other people. I had to call my parents and ask them to send me money to my card. One of my friends lets me go in front of them and i tell her i can pay card and she decides to go ask her manager if they can take card after other people also paid with card. I felt horribly humiliated by this point and was thinking about to walk away and just go sit in the bus to wait to go home. When im thinking about this she comes back and when im about to hand my card over she just takes it and decides to say out loud that bc they dont really take card payments she will charge me a fee and At this point im upset and just want to go home so i said thats okay. She charges me a 5 or 6 dollar fee and hands me my stuff in a super rude manner. By this time the buses were starting to load up again and after being so humiliated i just had to rush and eat. I dont know what this ladies problem was but this was about a year ago. Im only posting it now because i just went and it brought back all the rage this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI go to panda express on a regular basis. I went to the one. On 7th street in Victorville and I was very dissatisfied with the portions that the young lady put in my to go box, she didn't even feel up the scooper on several items and I bought extra items in cartons and I had to ask her to please, put more orange chicken in it. And the Shanghai beef. It was a very skimpy plate here. Do not like how they are adding so much cabbage to their noodles, its way too much cabbage noodles are cheap, I don't understand why they're doing this, but I think I will probably no longer be buying food at panda, express the last 3 trips to this location have been the same, and I think I spent almost 21 dollars and it was not enough food, there were 2 of us that were eating when I go to. Find Palmdale road. Their portions are more generous, and when the girl put a little more food into my plate, she only put like 2 pieces of each item that I asked her to add more, too, and she kept looking over her shoulder like she was going to get in trouble so my revisit to panda is going to be...
