Warranted, the weather today dismal, you can see the staff struggling, in fairness I imagine their jobs difficult. To say the least you could see the frustration, the impatience as customers had to wait. I sympathized mostly with the individual from "Doordash", that being said I am not aware of anyone complaining.
However I am complaining. And not at the staff in general, or the person who helped at least consider my concern, which was I ordered two big macs but only received one. Its not a trip anyone should have to make twice.
My criticism is mainly the second person, her position was that she remembered me, and that she certainly gave me two big macs... how preposterous..., if I had two big macs, if they had my order right, why would I want to make a second trip. Note the big macs were for my two children, how disappointed do you think they were when in the bag there was one.
Further I dnt eat big macs at least I do not make a habit of it, my diet consists mostly of vegetables and seafood. If I had an attorney advise me, they would presume her words suggested that I am scamming Mcdonalds... or that I a thief...whatever she was implying, but not someone of integrity.
As I made mention to her, if I made an error, you can look at the video surveleince... there is always a possibility that I may have and if so I will surely pay the difference the "Six Dollars" that is.
But the matter of fact, at least the hour I was in the lobby observing, there were surely a few customers disappointed/ frustrated...but despite that...she suggested that in fact she did place two big macs in my bag... I am not so certain since what I handed them was a rather small brown bag for two big macs.
Further I do not remember her at all, I do remember there was at least two employees with either a GM or possibly the owner... not sure, but it was that hour that I was describing, in fairness Doordash had it worst than me, I cant even imagine his stress.. surely better service needs to be considered and a thank you for customers being understanding.
I mean i returned for a second trip so my children would not be without.
NOT TO BE ACCUSED, especially on a day when this location was clearly struggling.
Further an apology. What do you mean call next time. There certainly will not be a next time.
I exhausted too much of my energy already.
To conclude, my convertible is small. I searched. There is no big mac that I allegedly stole/ cheated.
And as per my property. A tenant, went through vigorously, found no such Big Mac, or any evidence of. He my witness. My children my witness.
Strong accusations require strong proof. I would like to see the video surveillance of my error, but in the now, I cant produce what was, because there is this possibility that I am not mistaken, that I never received two big macs initially, what of my children, what of my time, what of that of my tenant... and what baffles me, they corrected the order, so why make such remarks. I do not understand...I had no intention of writing a review, but it is those remarks.. and as someone that advises businesses, as well understands the importance of community and accountability.. I am appalled.
If the fault is my own I will apologize, but if its not, will this location apologize....
Maybe I am just wasting my time, who reads these reviews, probably I should share on my social media or my blog where I have a larger following if I want to be the difference, that difference if you have a bad experience at any of these locations, regardless how trivial, strive for "Accountability".

4-17-23 Nothing has changed at this McDonalds. Today there was 1 car in front of me at drive thru. It literally took them approximately 20 minutes just to place their order. When it was said and done I was in drive thru for approximately 30 minutes with only 1 car in front of mine. In the meantime, I counted 6 cars that came after us placed their order and proceed forward to pay.
Last week, when I came to this MCD the girl said, "I'm short four cents is that ok?" Get it right, you're not short I am. You're profiting by not giving customers their correct change.
Yesterday, they said they could not do ice cream cones because they were out of cones. I asked them to just put it in a cup, but he insisted I would have to pay the sundae price. I told him I didn't want sauce or toppings and he said he didn't have ab ice cream cone key to ring it up on because they were out of cones. You're going to tell me MCD removed the key just because they were out of cones? Another way they are profiting!!
I spoke with the Mgr, Rimshaw, today she apologized and said the drive through person was handling multiple tasks and the bank was out of change that day so they couldn't give customers change. Well then, do what other companies do & put a sign up stating, "exact change...
   Read moreThey made a mistake at the 1st paying window and when we got to the pick up window they were giving us someone else's order. We kindly told them that this was someone elses order (much more food than we had ordered, we didnt want to take anyone else's food).They looked at our receipt and realized they had made a mistake and accidentally cancelled our order. We proceeded to ask them to recharge the original order. The manager was not friendly, looked irritated that we wanted to reorder the order THEY canceled on accident. Made us go inside (we went in the drive thru as convenience with 3 kids in the car) now have to get off and order inside to recharge me because they didn't want to hold up the line as they charged my card again. Manager kept yelling across the room to the cashier to make sure they charge me for my order over and over, loud. This was embarrassing. I NEVER asked for anything free or wanted anything for free I was the one who told them to charge me again but that I did want my order, I got out of my car to fix a mistake that they made and as a manager she did not seem sorry for the inconvenience they caused me. The manager made me feel as though I am now an inconvenience to them for wanting my order they messed up on. When we finally got our order the Sundae's were all melting and spilling all over the place. Overall not happy with this location's customer service or food quality. I have never left a review like this but yet again I have never gotten such bad customer service...
