I came as I was driving home. I did my order and waited I went in and waited for my name on the screen it was taking so long waited in my car. Did this a few times and I asked a worker how long it would take. He said about 10 more minutes. Went to my car waited and nothing. More back and forth in and out of the store then I asked the worker again he said the oven crashed and they had to make all of the pizzas in the oven over again. So I went to my car waiting came back in heard someone say has it been 15 minutes then they were called. I went up aggravated at this point. I asked the how come there order was 15 minutes but I have been waiting over an hour so he asked my name again looked for my ticket and found it at the counter asked the cutter where my order was. He said I don’t know maybe in the warmers. The cashier said how is it in the warmers when I have the ticket here. He started rushing to make my order and luckily I was watching because he made it wrong due to a tomato allergy and he had to start over. They made my pizza then I waited because I was hungry and my mind was made up on pizza. I was then given the pizza, without my wings and crazy bread.I asked for it and left because I was aggravated. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for ONE PIZZA, crazy bread, and wings. Yes my ticket was miss placed but when I asked he always had an answer as to why, it wasn’t ready without looking for my ticket because the situation would not have taken as long. $25 for 1 hour and 45minute wait I could have gotten delivery from Pizza Hut faster. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I went in last Thursday after work to get some dinner for my kids. When I got home I noticed my two year old eating a breadstick with something black on it. I looked closer and realized that it was a black piece of latex which I thought could be from a glove. I called and spoke to a manager and she confirmed that they do indeed wear black gloves. She apologized and said I could go in the next day to get a refund but I had to take the food back which I did. When I went back I spoke to Ezra who said he could not find the order. After about 20 mins he offered to give me free pizzas and breadsticks due to the inconvenience and that I could go back on Tuesday to get my refund from the general manager. I let him know that I did not want the free pizza at that time but I would go back he said not a problem. So when I went back I explained the situation again to oscar which should not be a manager because he has zero customer service skills. He said that he could not do anything for me because he was not Ezra which was obvious and I had to pay for my order even after he called Ezra to confirm that I was in fact telling him the truth. He didn't even apologize for the latex in my food. He just laughed like an idiot. I still have yet to get my refund but will be contacting the GM tomorrow. Had ro wait for help with customer in front of me to take to girl at front desk while she ignored us both. While we both waited, she had a conversation on her cell phone where she dropped F bombs and complained about not being invited to a party and then walked away from the counter. I shouted to the back if anyone was working that could help us and the young lady from the front came back and said I'm working I'm on a call and to wait. She finally came back, extremely upset and said we were being rude. I told her we were there waiting while she took a personal call and dropped F bombs in front of customers which is not ok. She then informs me it was not a personal call and it was the GM she was talking to and scolds us again. I asked for corporates # and she said there is no Corporate, I asked for the store manager and she replied she was the manager. I honestly don't know if she was or was not the manager but this is no way to deal with the public. We all have call to take but acknowledge your customers and have the decency to use appropriate language at eork. You represent your company and I'm sorry to say you did a terrible job at it today.
