Sunrise Donuts — Restaurant in Victorville

Nothing annoys me the most that going to a place to pay for service and instead get an attitude. Literally, just now, 5/13/23 Sat at about 1.30 pm, the woman at the counter was not friendly at all! When my son began to order random donuts, she had a very rude expression on her face. She even rolled her eyes, unbelievable! Then, when my son added a tip when he paid, she said, "ok, gracias." My son said, "Man, that lady had an attitude." I thought i was the only one who noticed because i did not say anything. My son said, "i come here all the time. That is the first time i see her. " She is a short Hispanic woman. When she spoke, you could barely hear what she was saying. When my son asked for 3 fritters, she said they were 3 dollars, with an attitude. We were selecting donuts, and she would roll her eyes. I hope the owner of the donut shop sees this review, says something. I almost said something to her. I did not. I actually called the donut shop, kindly reporting the incident. I mean, there is a donut shop in every corner. Why would you not be friendly. I have never posted a bad review. Always feel if it's a great or excellent place, worth recommending, I write a review. I read the reviews from this shop, they are good, maybe this woman was simply having a bad day. I hope that after my call, they let her know to show friendlyliness. She is in the customer service business, or at least that she doesn't roll her eyes...

The morning Sunrise Donuts became Donuts with Attitude. The young lady in the black t-shirt seemed to be unhappy that she was at work this morning. She was not having a good morning and wanted to make sure everyone coming into the shop was leaving with donuts and a sprinkle of attitude. I get it sometimes you don’t have such a great day but please keep it to your self, call in sick, your customers don’t deserve that kind of treatment.

Now to review the actual order. The glaze on the donuts have a not such pleasant after taste. The other donuts were good, fluffy. The donut holes tasted heavy as if she might have been taking out her anger on them while making them. The boba smoothie was good (maybe because the other you g lady in the back was having a good day), just remember to keep your boba cool it will elevate your drinks. The coffee was watery.

I will not be back but hope future customers don’t experience what customers did...

Not really the type to leave reviews let alone a bad one but I drove all the way from apple valley because this place is the best when it comes to taste in doughnuts ( for me anyways ) and I get there and the lady ( Hispanic ) has bad attitude and I ask her for a dozen and she only gives me four doughnuts when I paid for the half . I should have checked before walking out but I didn’t . I trust that what I ask and pay for is what I’m getting . This place used to be so friendly and welcoming and to walk in and the lady with her attitude makes me not feel welcomed and more like a bother . I love the taste in their doughnut but the service sucks . This lady needs to pay more attention and learn to account as to I need to learn to always check my order ( I shouldn’t have to ). DO BETTER SERVICE...
