Del Taco — Restaurant in Victorville

I was comming off a shift and wanted a quick dinner before starting work again and I am basic with my Del Taco order. Crunchtada Tostadas. That's it. And all 3 were very sad. The beans tasted different and had different consistencies somehow on ALL 3. The last one even had a slight hint of what seemed like coconut lotion or perfume which kind of horrified me and I'm pretty sure it wasn't the back to back shift crazy kicking in. The second tostada was missing sauce, and was so thick with beans that weren't blended properly it was quite an interesting experience. And continually traveling backwards, the first one wasn't even spread out. When I tell you. It was a thick disco of ingredients in the middle and nothing towards the outer end, when I first opened the box my immediate thought was the person who made this either needs go get fired or hasn't been bc they are a nepo kid. Or both. Service was alright. Nothing special but met relative expectations, a bit sad given they get paid that much for that mid. Can't rate atmosphere I was picking up through drive thru. And I ate at my work parking lot incase I was late and had to cut lunch short. Hence my lack of initial complaint.

Ill probably go back, I won't deny, I like the prices AFTER digital coupons or hanging on between paychecks. But I would probably not have this as my first choice for lunch when there are better...

I come for breakfast with my 3 kids, When I approach to make my order, a white lady who was not wearing her name plate, in a very rude manner, told me to start the order on the screen, I look for the family pack all the way on the screen I could find it i waith long time to be able to tell the same lady that I count find the family pack on the menu on the screen, she turn the screen towar her, and in a very arrogant manner, start looking for it, and it result the the family pack is not programed on the screen, so she had too took my order manually, There were a few insident in one single visit. But I just mention the ones that are easy to mention, I when I receive the food, I ask for ketchup and salsa, they guinea 3 and 3, soon my kids ask for more ketchup, long story short I had to go ask 3 times for catching and salsa. This please on this day it had the wrong people, very bad actitud and very bad service. My little daughter needed to use the restroom, I approach the front desk, every body were talking, with in each other and laughing, I stand with my daughter for a few minutes, and a old lady who was making an order had to yell, excuse me, excuse me , somebody need to use the bathroom When I enter into the bath room there was no toiled paper bad service bad people, bad actitud, bas ettics. Very...

Food ok... I get the samething everyime I go so I have a normal standard of what my food should look, taste, and be like as I Love Del Taco and get this number item always. Now this place usually has no problems... But there is a long line most of the time...so drive thru is a long wait FYI... Now with my order everything food wise was correct BUT when asked by the employee of you'd like Ketchup or hot sauce... and my response is...."KETCHUP -ALOT PLEASE"... as you see i did get large fries. I was handed ALL HOT SAUCE. .. and most times I GREATLY APPRECIATE THE NO SALT ON THE FRIES.....BUT WHEN NOT GIVEN KETCHUP. ...the FIRES were VERY TASTELESS, NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY- I HAD TO PUT IN MICROWAVE AT HOME... and for someone THAT LOVES DEL TACO FRIES....I COULDN'T EVEN FINISH THEM. SO FOR THIS VISIT... THE LONG LINE, NOT BEING GIVEN WHAT I ASKED FOR WHEN OFFERED A CHOICE...THEN FRIES NOT PREPARED CORRECTLY TO EAT...WITH KETCHUP OR WITHOUT. ILL STILL RETURN BUT I WONT MOVE UNTIL I TASTE MY FOOD AND CHECK MY BAG COMPLETELY. LESSON LEARNED. .. NEVER THOUGHT I HAD TO...
