These people are CROOKS.. Before you pay ask the cashier to print your order so that you can see exactly what you are paying for.
They OVER CHARGED me $16.87. My total bill was $52.82. I paid with CASH.
After I paid CASH, the cashier gave me my receipt and I noticed that I was charged for several items that I DID NOT ORDER.
I brought it to the cashiers attention and she apologized for her supposed "MISTAKE"
Then she offered to refund me with a GIFT CARD or she said I could order something else on the menu totaling the $16.87 that she OVERCHARGED me.
I said NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I PAID U WITH CASH SO GIVE ME BACK CASH.
She called the manager and he said NO CASH REFUND. I could either I order something else or take the gift card.
Then the girl gave me BIG ATTITUDE so I said "LOOK YOU HAVE NOT STARTED PREPARING MY ORDER SO JUST GIVE ME BACK ALL MY MONEY".
She said I would have to give you a GIFT CARD. So finally I had enough of this crazy crooked business and I called the POLICE.
The police was blown away at this madness. Now all of a sudden they were unable to get a hold of the manager and my only options were to buy something else on the menu or they will "NOW" give me cash back for the $16.87 that they OVER CHARGED me but I would have to take the food too. They REFUSED to give me back all my money and forced me to take the food that had not even been prepared. So the police stayed and watched these CROOKS so that they would not do anything to my food that would cause me or my grandkids to be sick.
Unfortunately the police could not make them give me back my money. He stated that this is a civil matter. So I will be taking these CROOKS to court.
DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU ACTUALLY SEE WHAT U ARE BEING CHARGED FOR.

Read moreLately I've been REALLY disappointed in Yellow Basket. When they first opened their food was great and their service was excellent. But in the last few months whenever I order their crispy chicken salad my lettuce has been brown and wilted.
During my last visit I decided to bring it to their attention. Not only did they give me an attitude about it but it took forever for them to make a new one. When I finally went to the counter to inquire what was taking it so long everyone in my group had finished their meal and I had to take it to go.
Nevertheless, I was given a 20% off my next visit with "no expiration" written on my receipt. Today (4-24-18) when I went in, after ordering my food, I presented them with my 20% off receipt and was scolded and lectured by one of the employees stating they would honor it this time but next time I need to come back in within 3 days to redeem the offer.
Wait what!?!?! 🤔🤔🤔
Ha! 🤣 That's NOT what my receipt said nor was I EVER told that. Needless to say I made it clear that was something she needed to take up with her staff NOT with me and that if my order was done correctly there should NEVER be a next time.
Uuuuuum word of advice Yellow Basket....You should NEVER scold a customer for an issue that should be clearly addressed directly with your staff. It's NOT the customer's fault when your employee makes an error and that's just BAD customer service....to say...

We spend over 200.00 family dinner , I got the fish dinner and asked what abou my salad and bread sticks , the cashier rolled her eyes, I asked for the manager , the manager gad major attitude, i asked for her name the cashier said “ Hell No “ , “ you are not getting her name”, they are extremely ignorant and attitude and they had the odacity to give us such attitude and the night manager Enabled them to behave with such manner !
