La Michoacana monarca — Restaurant in Victorville

I ordered 3 drinks for my kids, which was extremely hard to do, and a big red flag that should of lead me right out of this place. But no, I gave them a chance (huge mistake) and they put way too much chamoy in all of my kids chamangos. My kids didn’t like them at all! The drinks were over priced for such small cups. None of the staff spoke English so another customer was nice enough to translate. I explained to them that the drinks were over priced for the size and they said, “it’s not their fault” she then adjusted the price for a regular to a small in the register but never changed the price! I don’t know if she was trying to be funny or if she was just simple. I will never return to this spot EVER! I felt ripped off and the fact that my usual spot was not too far away, but I took a chance with these ladies…..Really annoyed me. Never again. There are way better spots in Victorville. And if you don’t speak Spanish fluently, then don’t bother patronizing this place. You will be highly disappointed not only with the lack of Customer Service but with the quality of...

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I just left from there and the girl attending us. Short with chubby cheeks. customer service was terrible. First she didn't know what a mangoneada was after I took a pic of it from their store picture displayed. Then we wanted a small cup but she refused to sell us that and charged us for the bigger cup, I guess she gets paid off commission. Then we ordered pepino loco was slightly scooped and they added some chamoy with one peanut on top, so she didn't hollow it out to stuff it. Which says to me she's lazy. Then it looked dry, so we went back to ask to add chamoy all over the cucumber. She was just pouring in the middle we had to ask to pour all over. I will never go back to that michoacana again. Oh and it was dirty, the floors were dirty...
