Went through the drive thru, and had two orders. Both me and my husband used our apps, so we could get our coffee with our donut. They had two teenagers working, one of which had only been there 5 days. (As Per employee) The lights kept going out and coming back on, it took 30 minutes in the drive thru because they had to keep coming to the window to ask what size drink, what donut, what flavor drink, and then handed us our items without scanning the app or asking for payment. We corrected them and tried to pay, but when we handed them the card the lights went out AGAIN and we couldn't pay. I asked if they had a manager that could help them and they said the manager had left and they were the only ones there. The Dining room had a few people in it, and we were the only ones in the drive thru. We felt so bad for the employees that were left without any guidance, proper training and apparently a defective building. Shame on the managers for not properly handling their store. Read moreI like Dunkin' coffee a lot, and I stop at a Dunkin' when I'm in a hurry because they have an app where you can order ahead. Earlier this week, they had my order-ahead ready to go when I got there for maybe the fourth time in a year... So, I hope they are getting better!
I went to this location for the first time in August of 2022 and they could not. get. it. together. I could order 20 minutes ahead, get there a half hour before work, and still be a few minutes late. At times, they would even ask me to pull up to the waiting spot past the drive through when there was nobody behind me... It is irritating when there's not a lot of people there and your order ahead is still behind... This Dunkin' is the only one around and they compete with a Starbucks, which is a little more expensive, and a local donut shop right up the road, which I can't order ahead at. So, I kept trying to give them a chance, because I wanted this fast-coffee-and-me relationship to work so badly. Read moreI wasn’t gonna post this but the situation was so bad I never went back. There was hair in my food and the guy at the window apologized and said this wasn’t the first time it’d happened.
This wasn’t like a small hair, they were clearly visible on the egg bites and it was so obvious it looked purposeful. This didn’t look at all like female hair.
I went back in and the manager remade it herself but I was still too grossed out to eat it or ever return. She asked me not to report it because corporate was coming in that day. I worked fast food in school and I get it, but also, other people deserve to know what kind of place this is.
From the way the younger employees talked, it sounded like management knew about the employee that had done this. I was told “this isn’t the first time”.
Before this, I went by Dunkin a few times a week.
