I went to mcdonalds on a Sunday night at 9:15 I got thru the line in drive thru about 10:50 only to get home and find out I didnt have half of what i paid for. I immediately called them to tell them that i was going back to get what i paid for. However, my calls went unanswered. The next day I went to work before they opened so I had to wait until i took a break to call them to let them know that i had been ripped off. The person that answered the phone come off as ignorant to any policy that they may have been put in place to determine what should be done in this situation. Although i answered all of their questions and let them know i had my receipt the associate still come off as ignorant and simply didnt know anything of value. I was told that the shift manager would call me back. That didnt make any sense to me considering the associate that answered the phone had the shift manager right there relaying messages back and forth between the shift manager and myself. I dont have to tell you that I never received a call back. I got off work at noon and i decided to go by McDonalds to finally get what i they didnt give me the night before. When i requested to speak to someone in regards to my order not being right I was told that I had to bring the unordered chicken nuggets back that they did give me. So i was supposed to pay almost 30.00 and the only food I received was 6 piece chicken nugget and 2 apple pies and their was 3 people with growling stomachs and they really expected for us not to eat the chicken nuggets. I will never go back to mcdonalds and i am fortunate that i didnt catch a felony case for assault over the stupidity, ignorance and disrespect of the shift manager. Her incompetence and IQ should only reflect her blood line and shouldn't reflect the company as a whole but it actually does. Save your money or just go to wendys across the street. Seriously dont waste your time, money or patience on a company that clearly doesnt value a customer spending their hard earned money and completely being robbed...
Read moreMcDonalds in Vidalia is horrible. We placed a mobile order that was paid for we gave them the number they pulled us up to wait on our food and then they come out 30 minutes later saying that they dont know nothing about our order we show them the receipt on the app plus the charge on the card and they still would not give us a order. The manager is horrible. He is unprofessional disrespectful and unwilling to cooperate or empathize with the situation by giving us our order after it was already paid for he stated that he wasnt allowed to give us our food and then almost an hour later after trying to get our order They finally bring out two items from our order with no fries which I wasnt understanding because they stated they couldnt give out no food without a receipt, but they still gave us that order even though it was not completed. I feel like he could have given us our order if he wanted to he was unwilling to cooperate at all, even though he saw that the order was paid for. I feel like I will never come back to McDonalds ever again if that is the type of manager that is running this place Because he does not need to be running anything he is unprofessional altogether. He has no respect for people that are putting money into that company. I will never go back there again!!!!! Nobody should go there need to put them out of business and show them who is making them have a...
Read moreWent in about 7 PM and ordered 2 hot lattes to go through the Kiosk. After waiting for 10 minutes a worker finally came out from behind the counter and said the coffee/latte machine was in "cleaning mode" and it would be a 20 minute wait. But, just before our eyes frappes were being delievered to customers waiting outside. We then just asked for our money back and left. Unacceptable. Also, we witnessed a mixup in another customer getting their order. The other customer ordered their meal and the number on their receipt was in thre 200s. But, they were given a plastic piece with the number 32 at the time their order was placed and were told to return that when their number was called. The problem was they were calling out the number in the 200s on the receipt and not the plastic piece number, 32. The customer was an elderly gentleman and he didn't understand that they were actually calling out his order number. But, it wasn't his fault because they were so unclear about order number process. In my view, management needs work and whole staff needs more training and accountability. As a former fast-food restaurant employee, customer service rises and falls with management. Not impressed, but with a little more attention to detail they have the ability to deliver...
