Arby's — Restaurant in Vienna

UPDATE::::Well gave the grand opening a try they had free sandwich with coupon but I ordered a little more and order was so screwed up that I wasn't about to go back to fix it way too many people there with COVID still around. I ordered 8 roast beefs and a free gyro and received 3 roast beef and a gyro with 2 fries WTH. No use calling they don't have time to answer so again won't be back again for awhile.:::::Normally a great place but wow if you get the 5 for $10 roast beef, you might end up saying the famous logo from Wendy's WHERE'S THE BEEF. Usually a moist tender sandwich became a cold dry sandwich with mostly bread. Think already had them done and sat for awhile. May not go back for awhile sorry even during the coronavirsus outbreak should have warm food if we are supporting local businesses. Adding a little experience today 3-1-2021 I was watching tv when commercial comes on says 5 roast beef for $10 and I said ok let's go well I arrived ordered 5 roast beef sandwiches and it was $18 I pondered for a minute went home called asked when does the deal ends and they said today!!!! Well today is today so obviously they meant yesterday. So again every time I go here something always screwed up. As promised in last review, i gave this location another chance when i ordered thru doordash. My food was cold my fries was sonhard it felt like i was going to chip a tooth trying to eat them. My girlfriends fries were so soggy she couldnt eat them. Her tea was supposed to be sweet but she got what tasted like tea flavored water, heavy on the water almost no tea flavor and definitely was not a sweet tea like she ordered, i had dr pepper, however, it tasted so nasty it should have been changed days ago. I tried to get a refund thru doordash, but their customer service is a joke. Same as this store. If i could give it negative srars it would be a negative 5 stars. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!! and ill be sure to tell everyone i know to avoid eating here at all costs. This location should be shut down or the entire crew fired and replaced with people who will actually do their jobs and make sure no customer leaves with a bad experience for any reason. Arby's is popular for their famous roast beef. That's not the only item on the menu, though. They have items like Beef & Cheddar sandwiches, Deep-fried roast turkey sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, sides like their famous curly fries, onion rings & others. I, personally, like their Market Fresh sandwiches... roast turkey & Swiss cheese, lettuce & tomato on multigrain bread (this is my fave!), as well as others. They're tea is great. I get 1/2 sweet & 1/2 unsweetened tea, & it's perfect! There are also your typical soda selections. There is a children's menu, if the kiddos are in tow;-) There are many items I didn't mention, but... for the most part, Arby's is a safe bet. If you're sick of fast-food burgers, chicken & pizza, give Arby's a try! Friendly manager and nice & efficient employee base.
