Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Vienna

4/12/25 I received a Boli's Pizza in Vienna menu in the mail several years ago. While shredding old documents yesterday. Since I was getting hungry, I thought I would check out this menu before shredding it if nothing was appealing to me.

Seeing the pizza options, nothing stood out for me. However, the onion rings, bonless chicken wings and fries with cheese on did get my attention.

I ended up going with the 12 peice Bonless Chicken Wings and the Bacon Cheese Fantastic Fries. Bacon Cheese Fantastic Fries turned out to be Patato Wedges with Cheese and Bacon on them.

My wife ordered the 9 peice Boneless Chicken Wings and the Onion Rings. Both of us were considering getting bottles of Ginger Ale, but decided against it in the end.

Talking to the service representative on the phone was a great experience. He repeated the address given to him for delivery and answered several questions my wife had. The service representative suggested Bacon Cheese Fantastic Fries were a better choice than the Fries with Cheese. The service representative did an excellent job on the phone.

The food waiting time was within the time frame given by the service representative. Unfortunately the delivery driver went to the wrong townhouse. Luckily, we caught the mistake in time and everything worked out fine.

Now there are two different experiences between the food we ordered. The food my wife ordered were acceptable. She enjoyed the taste of the onion rings very much. She liked the boneless chicken wings and ended up finishing off my boneless chicken wings the following day.

I myself found Bacon Cheese Fantastic Fries to be sensational, just like Egg Shen's Six Demon Bag...(Big Trouble In Little China reference) The flavor was amazing and the cheese and bacon added a bonus taste to the piping hot fries. I will definitely be ordering this item again.

On the other hand, I found the boneless chicken wings to be odious. Lack of flavor, a little more chewy than expected, but massive cool points on the hotness prevails. The hot chicken is what had me eating 8 of the bonless chicken wings.

The blue cheese sauce helped give some much needed flavor to the naked bonless chicken wings. I think if garlic chicken parmesan were an option for the bonless chicken wings, I would have appropriated them immediately.

Oh!, and I did try one of my wife's onion rings. The flavor and hotness prevails got me again. Whether it is hot fries or hot onion rings, I will be sure to order these bad boys again. I might even be tempted to have hot cheese sauce added onto the onion rings...maybe with bacon.

This place gave off good vibes, so I will order from them again. You should know orders have to be over ten bucks for deliveries. There is also a delivery fee, so keep this in mind should you decide to have...

If you look at the paper menu or not online, it's build your own pasta not necessarily you just order fettuccine Alfredo. so build your own pasta is 999 which is fine and then they add a dollar or two dollars for Alfredo sauce which was fine because the kids wanna Alfredo for a quick lunch I know I had salad and apples at home and I was like fine OK I'll just get it by and the order was ready quickly and I would like to say I do love their pizza but the pasta sauce was not great. Half the pasta was dry there was no sauce which is sad because you're paying for that particular sauce. I looked over the menu again both online and paper... nowhere does it mention they have broccoli or mushrooms added and I did not ask for broccoli or mushrooms. lol I ordered one chicken Alfredo with just chicken(glad that it looks like there's pretty decent amount of chicken in there) and then I order to plan offered it was just the pasta and sauce and fettuccine noodles so my son said he was OK with the broccoli but he did not know it had mushrooms and I just spent time in the kitchen picking them out of the pasta, lol. Also he said it tasted like Stouffer's which is a frozen Alfredo that he tried at camp last week and I am keen to slightly agree so will keep ordering pizza from here but probably not pastas in the...

WORST customer service experience I've ever had from any restaurant, ever.

We ordered online through Seamless at 6:51pm. Delivery time 45-55 minutes.

We're not impatient people. After about 75 minutes, we gave the restaurant a call to check on our order. The Seamless app said they were still preparing it.

The guy who answered the phone told us they weren't going to deliver our pizza because we lived too far away. Note that they didn't cancel the order when they got it (which would have allowed us to reorder dinner from somewhere else at a reasonable time), nor did they call us to tell us they couldn't deliver. They waited until we contacted THEM.

And here's where it got really bizarre. I asked to speak to a manager, expecting that he or she might invite us to come to their location for a pizza on the house to make up for the inconvenience, or offer us a gift card or something. THEY TOLD ME THE MANAGER WASN'T THERE, AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHEN HE WOULD BE BACK. I asked for the manager's name, AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WEREN'T ALLOWED TO TELL ME THE MANAGER'S NAME. When I said surely they could tell me his first name, so I knew who to ask for when I called back, THEY HUNG UP ON ME.
