Arby's — Restaurant in Village of Cottage Grove

So, Arby's has been going downhill for years along with all the other major fast food companies. I have been here 4 times. Each was a disappointment. I will just review my final time going there today. I got the 5 piece chicken tenders. Had to wait for them to be prepared. I ordered the meal with curly fries and soda. I literally live right across the street. Chicken and fries, not hot, which is a surprise as I had to wait for the chicken to be prepared. The kicker, I wanted chicken tenders, not chicken tendons. 3 of the 5 pieces of chicken had tendons I bit into, making me trash the meal after only a few bites. I give up. I actually used to work for Arbys in my teens over 20 years ago. And quality has gone WAY down hill, but that seems to be the trend with fast food in general. If I were to give advice to Fast Food Restaurants, it would be simple. People want hot, fresh food. i shouldn't have to ask for fresh fries or whatever. Skip this place...

The personnel were fantastic, the burger left little to be desired, The burger was much smaller than the bun, in diameter! The flavor wasn't bad, but way too much bread compared to the meat. Again, The flavor wasn't bad, but it was a little dry. Maybe a little overdone! I would prefer overdone than underdone. The fries were good, the crinkle cut fries, had a nice crisp patina. My son had curly fries which were pretty good, and a beef and cheddar sandwich. He liked it, so, there's that, He loves Arby's! I won't ridicule this location, because it doesn't deserve ridicule. Corporate run facilities operate on the whim of those particular corporations. The food is delivered by a certain provider. And that's all I have to say about that also. I would go back in, I just would not order the hamburger. But I don't think people go to Arby's for hamburgers. After all, doesn't Ving Tell us about...

Was in the Drive-Thru on Tuesday evening August 18th approximately 6 p.m. observe the young lady hand a bag of food out to a car to person turned around and handed it back and they were handed another bag which is the proper food I pulled up to the window paid asked young lady if that was the bag that went out to the car and she promptly said yes it was and I told him at that time I would like all my food remade and I got to look like are you crazy with all the stuff that's going on with covid-19 I will not receive a bag of food that went to somebody else's hand I work in the health fair food industry and I do not need this and do not want it also observed the manager that was on duty without a mask at the front line serving food otherwise the food is...
